Lebanon man faces sexual abuse charge
A 30-year-old Lebanon man was charged Wednesday with aggravated criminal sexual abuse stemming from an August 2014 incident with a teen girl almost half his age.
According to an announcement from St. Clair County State’s Attorney Brendan Kelly’s office, Michael R. Brock faces the Class 2 felony charge. He allegedly engaged in a sex act with a girl who was 15 at the time the incident occurred.
Bond for Brock was set at $200,000. Class 2 felonies carry a prison term of up to 7 years.
Lebanon police investigated the case.
