A Troy man has been charged with three counts of making terrorist threats involving Granite City High School.
Richard K. Schneidewind, 41, is accused of posting the following statements on Facebook:
- March 31: He intended to have someone put a bomb in Granite City High School and bring an AR-15 rifle to Granite City High School and shoot the school up.
