Police ask for tips in search for murder suspects
The Illinois State Police are looking for tips to help them in their search for a pair of murder suspects.
Parry Gully and Melvin Smith, both 24 and from East St. Louis, are wanted in connection with the murder of Charles Harper which occurred June 17, 2014 in the 800 block of N. 79th Street in East St. Louis.
