Woman faces felony for alleged tear gas attack in Millstadt

Police are investigating a case in which a woman is accused of sneaking into a Millstadt residence and attacking a couple with tear gas.

Jennifer A. McClure, 31, allegedly went into a residence on Lexington Drive on Friday and attacked the man, described as her former boyfriend, and his new girlfriend with personal defense tear gas.

McClure was charged with criminal trespass to a residence, a Class 4 felony, and two misdemeanors, domestic battery and battery. She was jailed on $25,000 bail.
