Collinsville Little Caesars robbed

Collinsville police on Friday were seeking a man they believe robbed a pizza restaurant late Thursday.

According to police, a man entered the Little Caesars Pizza in Collinsville Crossing at about 9:45 p.m. and displayed a revolver-type handgun and demanded that the two employees turn over money from the register and safe.

He then fled the area in a light-colored SUV or minivan.

The man was described as a black male, between 5 feet 6 inches and 5 feet 8 inches tall, with a stocky build. He was wearing a black hoodie, black pants and a purple bandana covering his face.
