A Clinton County man has pleaded guilty to three federal child pornography counts.
Miguel Angel Vasquez Torres, 34, of Beckemeyer, admitted to charges of production, distribution and receipt of child porn.
He was arrested on Aug. 25, 2015, after a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Investigators found a Photobucket account with explicit images involving children and an investigation of the suspect’s iPhone 5 revealed 22 videos containing child pornography. His Samsung Galaxy phone had 440 images of Torres abusing a child.
He faces 5-20 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000 on each of the three counts.
