ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
SATURDAY, MARCH 28
Michael E. Knepper, 56, of 201 Dogwood Lane, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of two counts of violation of an order of protection, subsequent on or about March 4 and March 23 by Belleville police. Knepper allegedly, having been served with the contents of an order of protection, knowingly committed an act which was prohibited by the order of protection in that said defendant came within 500 feet of Nancy J. Knepper, a protected party; left a voice mail on the cellular phone of Nancy J. Knepper, a protected party. Defendant had been previously convicted of Unlawful Violation of an Order of Protection on Nov. 13, 2014.
Michelle L. Emmerick, 49, of 8505 Cole St., Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with the intent to deliver methamphetamine and unlawful possession of methamphetamine on or about March 27 by St. Clair County sheriff. Emmerick allegedly, possessed with the intent to deliver less than 5 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine; had in her possession less than 5 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine.
Jermaine L. Cleveland, 29, of 338 Dade, Ferguson, Mo., arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated battery, two counts of resisting a police officer and driving under the influence on March 25 by Swansea police. Cleveland allegedly, made physical contact with Eric Rohn, in that he struck him on the forehead with his forehead knowing Eric Rohn to be a peace officer engaged in the performance of his authorized duties; spat on Eric Rohn; knowingly resisted the performance of Eric Rohn of an authorized act within his official capacity, being the arrest of Jermaine Cleveland, knowing Eric Rohn to be a peace officer engaged in the execution of his official duties, in that he refused to be handcuffed and placed in a patrol car, and the actions of the defendant were the proximate cause of the injury to Eric Rohn; knowingly resisted the performance of Eric Rohn and Breanna Kemper-Damm of authorized acts within their official capacity, being the arrest of Jermaine Cleveland, knowing Eric Rohn and Breanna Kemper-Damm to be peace officers engaged in the execution of their official duties, in that he refused to be handcuffed and placed in a patrol car; while in physical control of a vehicle, a white 2006 Chevrolet at 2624 N. Illinois St., Swansea, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol.

George E. Smith, 30, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of burglary by Swansea police.
Alfonzo T. Collier, 34, of Swansea, arrested on suspicion of burglary by Swansea police.
Antwon L. Little, 25, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Thomas D. Bauchman, 36, of O’Fallon, arrested on suspicion of resisting, obstructing or disarming a police officer by New Athens police.
Jermaine C. Price, 25, of Fairview Heights, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
Detray D. Westbrook, 19, of East St. Louis, theft of $300 by East St. Louis police.
Demond A. Wallace, 40, of Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of all other disorderly conduct by East St. Louis police.
Brenda W. Everts, 19, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver’s license, fleeing or attempting to elude the police, 9 traffic violations, and traffic accidents by Belleville police.
Tashonda M. Williams, 27, of Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of theft over $300 by Washington Park police.
Jerry L. Flanigan, 49, of Lebanon, arrested on suspicion of theft over $300 by O’Fallon police.
Rindell Williams, 36, of Alorton, warrant arrest by Cahokia police.
