The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

TUESDAY, MARCH 31

Alfonzo T. Collier, 34, of 1820 Garden St., Swansea, arrested on suspicion of burglary and possession of burglary tools on or about March 27 by Swansea police. Collier allegedly, entered into a building at 1824-1826 Garden St., Swansea, with the intent to commit theft therein; possessed a Dewalt brand 20 volt power drill, suitable for use in breaking into a building, with the intent to enter any such place and with the intent to commit theft therein.

George E. Smith III, 30, of 1820 Garden St., Swansea, arrested on suspicion of burglary and possession of burglary tools on or about March 27 by Swansea police. Smith allegedly, entered into a building at 1824-1826 Garden St., Swansea, with the intent to commit theft therein; possessed a Dewalt brand 20 volt power drill, suitable for use in breaking into a building, with the intent to enter any such place and with the intent to commit theft therein.

Keyierra A. Perkins, 19, of 705 Madison Lane, Florissant, Mo., arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about March 28 by Fairview Heights police. Perkins allegedly, took merchandise from Macy’s, 200 St. Clair Square, Fairview Heights, being a tank top, pairs of pants, a bra, shirt, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted or robbery on Feb. 27, 2014.

Ashley L. Hediger, 32, of 1108 Lela Drive, New Athens, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about March 28 by O’Fallon police. Hediger allegedly, took merchandise from Wal-Mart, 1530 W. Highway 50, O’Fallon, being three t-shirts, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of retail theft on June 4, 2014.

Stacey L. Jackson, 47, of 204 Miskell Blvd., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about March 29 by Cahokia police. Jackson allegedly, took merchandise from Shop N Save, 1028 Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia, being a balloon and hand sanitizer, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of retail theft on March 19 2003.

Demario D. Cannon, 18 Goder, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of driving while driver’s license is revoked, subsequent on or about March 7 by O’Fallon police. Cannon allegedly, drove a blue 2003 Oldsmobile Silhouette on West Highway 50 in O’Fallon, at a time when defendant’s driver’s license was revoked. Defendant had been previously convicted of driving while license if revoked on July 27, 2012.

Anthony D. Psihramis, 23, of 520 E. Waters Edge Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary, three counts of burglary and two counts of unlawful use of a debit card on or about March 1 by O’Fallon police. Psihramis allegedly, entered into the dwelling place of K.M., 100 block of N. Oak St., O’Fallon with the intent to commit theft therein; entered into a motor vehicle, a white 1996 Pontiac, of K.M., 100 block of N. Oak St., O’Fallon, with the intent to commit theft therein; entered into a motor vehicle, a blue 2006 Honda, of K.S., 100 block of N. Oak St., O’Fallon, with the intent to commit theft therein; entered into a motor vehicle, a maroon 2008 Pontiac, of A.S., 100 block of N. Oak St., O’Fallon with the intent to commit theft therein; with the intent to defraud the issuer, Region’s Bank, obtained items of value, being fuel from Moto Mart in Fairview Heights, total value not exceeding $300, by representing without the consent of K.M, that he was the holder of the Region’s Bank debit card; with the intent to defraud the issuer, Region’s Bank, obtained items of value, being beverages from Huck’s in Swansea, having a total value not exceeding $300, by representing without the consent of the cardholder, K.M., that he was the holder of the Region’s Bank debit card.

Fernando G. Morgan Sr., 47, of 2401 St. Louis Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of burglary on or about March 29 by Swansea police. Morgan allegedly, entered into a building of Rockwood Color Pigments, at 2001 Lynch Ave., East St. Louis, with the intent to commot theft therein.

Trevian R. Carlisle, 24, of 7231 Sunrise Way, San Antonio, Texas, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence on or about March 29 by Belleville police. Carlisle allegedly, drove a gray Dodge Magnum on Illinois Route 15 at South De Manzenod Road, Belleville, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and in committing a violation, was involved in a motor vehicle accident that resulted in great bodily harm to Arriel A. Rodgers.

Demyles D. James, 26, of 1225 Division Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to property and two counts of domestic battery on or abour March 29 by East St. Louis police. James allegedly, damaged property of Shaneal Conrad, a black 2010 Chevrolet Malibu located at 501 N. 86th St., East St. Louis, shattered the windshield, said damage in excess of $300, but not greater than $10,000; knowingly made physical contact with Shaneal Conrad, a family/household member, in that said defendant grabbed her by the neck; struck her in the face.
