The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

FRIDAY, APRIL 17

Fernando G. Morgan, 31, of 2401 St. Louis Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of burglary on or about March 29 by the State’s Attorney. Morgan allegedly, without authority, knowingly entered into a building, located at 720 Morgan St., Swansea, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Shameshia C. Kemp, 26, of 5127 Nelson Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery on or about March 22 by Illinois State Police. Kemp allegedly, made physical contact with Karl King, in that she pushed King with her hands knowing King to be a peace officer, engaged in the performance of his authorized duties.

Madeline D. Beale, 50, of 4909 W. Main St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about April 15 by Belleville police. Beale allegedly, took merchandise from Shop N Save, 800 Carlyle Ave., Belleville, being bug spray and beer, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of retail theft on March 12.

Tyson R. Schmitt, 31, of 228 W. St. Louis St., Lebanon, arrested on suspicion of unlawful failure to register as a sex offender from between Feb. 24 and April 15 and harassment through electronic communications from between March 28 and April 14 by Lebanon police. Schmitt allegedly, a sex offender, knowingly failed to provide required information regarding other internet communication identities or sites that the sex offender uses, being his Facebook account identity, to which the sex offender has uploaded content and posted messages and information, to the Chief of Police of City of Lebanon; knowingly used electronic communication, the his Facebook account, to making comments, requests, suggestions and proposals to Natacha Schwoebel which were obscene with an intent to offend.

FRIDAY, APRIL 17

Jerwane M. Alexander, 25, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Zachary D. Johnson, 21, of Freeburg, arrested on suspicion of all other disorderly conduct by Freeburg police.

Kristopher K. Meierotto, 26, of Troy, Mo., arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, illegal transportation, two traffic violations and warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.

Jesse R. Valerius, 30, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance by St. Clair County sheriff.

John L. Wilbourn, 21, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to property by St. Clair County sheriff.

Demondra Burnett, 40, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

William A. Smith, 52, of Pontoon Beach, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence by East St. Louis police.

Latara C. McCurtis, 27, of Centreville, arrested on suspicion of three counts of driving under the influence by Alorton police.

Shameshia C. Kemp, 26, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery by St. Clair County sheriff.

Roderick L. Hall, 22, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Jerry D. Kane, 30, of Belleville, warrant arrest by Collinsville police.

Armand C. Moseley, 23, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of illegal transportation, operating motor vehicle with suspended or revoked driver’s license and traffic violation by Swansea police.

Anthony B. Hibbler, 19, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Daniel C. Bosick, 27, of Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance by Fairview Heights police.

Bryant A. Simon, 24, of Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by Fairview Heights police.

Charles Hudgins, 46, of Belleville, multiple warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.

Taliaferro L. Slaughter, 42, of Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of assault and all other disorderly conduct by Caseyville police.

Christee S. Smith, 39, of Madison, warrant arrest by Washington Park police.

Ulysses H. Jackson, 65, of East Alton, warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.

SATURDAY, APRIL 18

Michael L. Wilson, 30, of Alorton, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Dominique D. Clemons, 21, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.

Travon A. Bonds, 18, of Elizabeth City, N.C., arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis, suspended or revoked driver’s license and traffic violation by Illinois State Police.

Warren R. Childress, 45, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.

Jacek Lata, 42, of Palos Hills, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to land and all other disorderly conduct by Caseyville police.

Artur Znorko, 40, of Justice, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to land and all other disorderly conduct by Caseyville police.
