ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
THURSDAY, APRIL 23
Eladaron T. Tillman, 27, of 306 W. I St., Swansea, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon on or abour April 19 by East St. Louis police. Tillman allegedly, a person who has been convicted of a felony, knowingly possessed in a vehicle a 9mm semi-automatic firearm. Defendant had been previously convicted of aggravated battery with a firearm on Nov. 29, 2007.
Jason B. Carlie, 24, of 901 S. Bemiston Ave., St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to residence and violate order of protection on or about April 23 by Mascoutah police. Carlie allegedly, entered and remained within the residence of K.M., located in the 200 block of W. State St., Mascoutah, at a time when said defendant knew that one or more persons were present in that residence; having been served with the contents of an order of protection, issued on dEc. 10, 2014, by the Circuit Court of St. Clair County, did knowingly commit an act which was prohibited by the order of protection in that said defendant came within 500 feet of the protected party.
