ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 29

Brian K. Cooley, 35, of 312 Ellen Drive, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of aggravated kidnapping with a dangerous weapon, harassment of a witness and two counts of aggravated unlawful restraint on or about April 27 by St. Clair County sheriff. Cooley allegedly, in committing the offense of kidnapping, knowingly by the use of force carried Tiffany McCraw from 312 Ellen, Cahokia, to 237 St. John, Cahokia, while armed with a dangerous weapon, a box cutter, with the intent to secretly confine her against her will; with the intent to harass Tiffany McCraw, a witness who may be expected to service as a witness in a pending legal proceeding, conveyed a threat of injury to her in that he threatened to kill Tiffany McCraw if she appeared in court; used a deadly weapon, a box cutter and a knife, while committing the offense of unlawful restraint in that he knowingly and without legal authoritz detained Tiffany McCraw in that he would not let her leave the residence at 312 Ellen, Cahokia; used a deadly weapon, a box cutter and a knife, while committing the offense of unlawful restraint in that he knowingly and without legal authority detained Sherry Schanuel in that he would not let her leave the residence at 312 Ellen, Cahokia.

Mack E. Golliday, 48, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of home invasion by Belleville police.

Billie G. Minor, 43, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of traffic violation by Belleville police.

John D. Hodge, 44, of Belleville, warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Matthew P. Summers, 24, of Belleville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Gerald L. Bradford, 21, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery by O’Fallon police.

Orlandus Searcy, 31, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
