ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
MONDAY, MAY 4
Theresa M. Schaefer, 28, of 11329 Randolph County Line, Marissa, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about May 1 by St. Clair County sheirff. Schaefer allegedly, had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.
Lindsey L. Lowery, 29, of 627 N. Illinois St., Apt. C, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon on or about April 30 by St. Clair County sheriff. Lowery allegedly, had in her possession less than five grams of a susstance containing methamphetamine; a person convicted of a felony, knowingly possessed about her person metal knuckles. Defendant had been previously convicted of aggravated battery on Dec. 22, 2008.
Christopher Leverette, 24, of 906 N. Smiley St., O’Fallon, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to government supported property on or about May 1 by O’Fallon police. Leverette allegedly, damaged, without the consent of the City of O’Fallon, the sprinkler in cell 1 at the O’Fallon Police Department, located at 285 N. Seven Hills Road, O’Fallon, which property is supported in part with city of O’Fallon funds, said damage not in excess of $500.
Lena M. Peterson, 28, of 325 S. 16th St., A, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of property on or about April 30 by St. Clair County sheriff. Peterson allegedly, allowed the use of real property, being the residence located at 325 S. 16th St., Belleville, which was within the defendant’s control, being the unlawful possession of methamphetamine.
