ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
WEDNESDAY, MAY 6
Carlos A. McMullen, 32, of 223 N. Illinois St., A, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of robbery on or about May 4 by Belleville police. McMullen allegedly, took property, being U.S. currency from the person of Demarcus Miller, by the use of force.
Jackie D. Burnett III, 29, of 611 W. E St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of burglary and unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Feb. 28 and May 5 by Belleville police. Burnett allegedly, entered into a building of Brad Guyon, 410 N. 4th St., Belleville, with the intent to commit theft therein; had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.
THURSDAY, MAY 7
Carlos D. Clay Jr., 23, of 3434 State St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and unlawful possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance on or about June 30, 2014 and July 2, 2014 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Clay allegedly, delivered to Tyson Melvin, less than one gram of a substance containing cocaine, a controlled substance; possessed with the intent to deliver less than one gram of a substance containing cocaine.
Christopher A. Douglas, 19, of 609 Linden, O’Fallon, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of cannabis and unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about April 7 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Douglas allegedly, had in his possession more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis; had in his possession a substance containing oxycodone, a controlled substance.
Jason S. Russell, 31, of 2612 Smelting Works Road, Swansea, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Oct. 16, 2014 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Russell allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.
David S. Rodriquez, 28, of 8701 Parkdale Drive, Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to property and failure to stop after motor vehicle accident involving damage on or about April 27 by Caseyville police. Rodriquez allegedly, damaged property of Doyle Wilkerson, a 1994 Saturn, which was located at Illinois Highway 157 in Caseyville, without Doyle Wilkerson’s consent, said damage in excess of $300; knowingly failed to stop the vehicle he was driving after that vehicle was involved in an accident on Illinois Highway 157 in Caseyville, in which the motor vehicle of Doyle Wilkerson, a 1994 Saturn was damaged as a result of that accident.
Cortez D. Hill, 48, of 403 Walnut St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of theft, subsequent on or about May 6 by Belleville police. Hill allegedly, took property from United Refrigeration Inc., being U.S. currency, total value not in excess of $500. Defendant had been previously convicted of retail theft on Jan. 22, 2004.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 6
Jeffrey G. Touchette, 41, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by St. Clair County sheriff.
Jermaine C. Lloyd, 30, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.
Thomas L. Motley, 33, of Overland, Mo., warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.
Michael C. Williams, 26, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of first degree murder and warrant arrest by Alorton police.
Jessica D. Wall, 26, of Belleville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
Trenton D. Gibson, 25, of East Carondelet, arrested on suspicion of all other disorderly conduct by St. Clair County sheriff.
Brett A. Stallings, 33, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis by East St. Louis.
Marcus C. Scott, 21, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.
Rick C. Burries, 25, of East St. Louis, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
Toby W. Evans, 21, of Millstadt, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery and parole violation by Belleville police.
Sade L. Mason, 26, of Belleville, warrant arrest by Swansea police.
Carlos A. McMullen, 32, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of robbery by Belleville police.
