ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
WEDNESDAY, MAY 13
Thomas B. Kelley, 26, of 4810 Walter St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated participation in methamphetamine manufacturing and unlawful possession of methamphetamine on or about May 11 by St. Clair County sheriff. Kelley allegedly, while committing the offense of participation in methamphetamine manufacturing, knowingly produced 100 grams or more but less than 400 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine, and the defendant knowingly did so in a structure where a child under the age of 18 is endangered; knowingly had in his possession less than 5 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine.
Adam T. Reams, 32, of 4810 Walter St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of methamphetamine related child endangerment and unlawful possession of methamphetamine on or about May 9 and May 11 by St. Clair County sheriff. Reams allegedly, endangered the life and health of a child under the age of 18 years, being a female minor, by allowing the exposure of the child to a methamphetamine manufacturing environment; had in his possession less than 5 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine.
THURSDAY, MAY 14
Michael B. Stephens Jr., 40, of 209 W. High St., Freeburg, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine on or about May 13 by St. Clair County sheriff. Stephens allegedly, had in his possession less than 5 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine.
Joseph E. Gourley, 33, of 10 Burch Drive, Dupo, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to government property and resisting a police officer on or about May 12 by Dupo police. Gourley allegedly, damaged, without the consent of the city of Dupo, a 2011 Ford Crown Victoria, a city of Dupo Police Department patrol car while located at 2013 Sugarloaf Drive, Dupo, which property is supported in part with city of Dupo funds, said damage in excess of $500; resisted the performance of Officer Jason Cooper of an authorized act within his official capacity, being the arrest of Jospeh Gourley, knowing Office rCooper to be a peace officer engaged in the execution of his official duties, in that he refused to be handcuffed and placed in a patrol vehicle.

TUESDAY, MAY 12
Joshua D. Steele, 25 of Maryville, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
Kevin G. Helfrich, 52, of New Athens, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and traffic violation by Marissa police.
Peter Hester Jr., 28, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated discharge of a firearm by St. Clair County sheriff.
Jeffrey W. Thomas, 49, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.
Ashley L. Geiger, 30, of Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of burglary and multiple warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.
Darrius L. Green, 21, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to property and criminal trespass to land by Belleville police.
John D. Sicka, 50, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by Belleville police.
Steven R. Force, 48, of Mascoutah, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance by Fairview Heights police.
Ricky R. Burks, 34, of Centreville, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to land by St. Clair County sheriff.
Dejuan A. Jones, 19, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of all other disorderly conduct by St. Clair County sheriff.
Jacob P. Rozich, 34, of Dupo, warrant arrest by East Carondelet police.
WEDNESDAY, MAY 13
Joseph E. Gourley, 33, of Dupo, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and criminal damage to state supported property by Dupo police.
Daniel J. Heidelberg, 30, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of forgery by St. Clair County sheriff.
Elizaeth Taylor, 41, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of two counts of driving under the influence, suspended or revoked driver’s license and traffic violation by Illinois State Police.
Michael B. Stephens, 40, of Hecker, arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and warrant arrest by Millstadt police.
Bernita D. Davenport, 31, of East Carondelet, arrested on suspicion of probation violation and warrant arrest by Caseyville police.
William D. Colbert, 36, of Winfield, Mo., multiple warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.
Matthew W. Sorenson, 26, of Glen Carbon, warrant arrest by Belleville police.
Demarko M. Montgomery, 24, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon by St. Clair County sheriff.
Shelli K. Schaefer, 28, of Edwardsville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
Earl D. Girdler, 67, of Mascoutah, warrant arrest by Mascoutah police.
Kashena R. Burries, 33, of Washington Park, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
