The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

MONDAY, MAY 18

John W. Becoats, 51, of 3919 Alexander, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or about April 24 by Fairview Heights police. Becoats allegedly, took merchandise from Sears, 235 St. Clair Square, Fairview Heights, being several pairs of Levi brand jeans, total retail value in excess of $300.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 20

Jerrod J. Hawkins, 22, of 10 N. 39th St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence on or about May 17 by Belleville police. Hawkins allegedly, drove a 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier on North Belt East in Belleville, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and the defendant, at the time of the commission of said violation was involved in a motor vehicle accident that resulted in bodily harm to Michelle Baechele.

Jerry D. Dungy, 22, of 308 Gettysburg Road, B, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and obstructing identification on or about Nov. 28, 2014 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Dungy allegedly, had in his possession a substance containing oxycodone; knowingly furnished a false name to Officer Tim Meuller, a peace officer for the City of Fairview Heights, who has lawfully detained said defendant.

Traquion Holman, 18, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to a vehicle and warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.

Johnny K. Burch, 47, of Centreville, warrant arrest by Centreville police.

Charles A. Cannon, 61, of Centreville, warrant arrest by Centreville police.

Craig L. Gibson, 55, of Alorton, warrant arrest by Centreville police.

Darriel C. Branch, 38, of East St. Louis, multiple warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Juanita L. Relford, 55, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to property by East St. Louis police.

Terrel L. Cook, 32, of Iuka, warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Patrick R. Wright, 28, of Madison, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by East St. Louis police.

Brett K. Rogers, 29, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Johnny J. Vincent, 31, of Caseyville, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Latonya R. Clark, 40, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by St. Clair County sheriff.

Matthew D. Smith, 28, of Wood River, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence by St. Clair County sheriff.

Danna R. Strow, 26, of Alton, arrested on suspicion of retail theft by St. Clair County sheriff.

Travon R. Jackson, 19, of O’Fallon, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Dominique D. Cotton, 22, of Belleville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

TUESDAY, MAY 19

Kaalon S. Hill, 21, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Karen E. Borders, 53, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of two counts of driving under the influence and traffic violation by Illinois State police.

Jasmine L. Davison, 22, of Cahokia, warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Cratina J. Nunn, 30, of Collinsville, warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.

Christopher J. Abernathy, 33, of Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by Caseyville police.

Otis L. Windom, 35, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of battery by East St. Louis police.

Demario L. Brandy, 32 of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Charles E. Jefferson, 41, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of battery by East St. Louis police.

Jerrod J. Hawkins, 22, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence by Belleville police.

Tyree S. Powell, 39, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance by Fairview Heights police.

Olivia G. Adams, 23, of Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver’s license and traffic violation by Belleville police.

Zhanemarkesha H. Jenkins, 19, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver’s license, resisting, obstructing or disarming the police, and multiple warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Louis L. Taylor, 40, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of contempt of court and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Jessica D. Wall, 26, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance by St. Clair County sheriff.

James M. Dowdy, 43, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of burglary by Belleville police.
