ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
THURSDAY, MAY 28
Rayfor C. Kelly, 49, of 3600 Olive St., St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about May 26 by Belleville police. Kelly allegedly, took merchandise from Walmart, 2608 Greenmount Commons, Belleville, being steaks, shrimp and alcoholic liquor, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of theft/stealing on July 21, 2006.
Montinez Wright, 26, of 207 N. 25th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a firearm on or about May 26 by Belleville police. Wright allegedly, a person who has been convicted of a felony, possessed in a vehicle a .38 caliber handgun. Defendant had been previously convicted of mob action on Aug. 14, 2008.
