ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
THURSDAY, MAY 28
Shavette M. Wills, 47, of 4917 Pearl Ave., Centreville, arrested on suspicion of mark/tamper absentee ballot and perjury, from between March 1 and March 31 by St. Clair County sheriff. Wills allegedly, not the voter, a spouse, parent, child, brother, sister of the voter or representative of a company engaged in the business of making deliveries of the election authority, unlawfully took an absentee ballot of the voter for deposit into the mail; made a false statement, material to the issue or point in question, which she did not believe to be true in an affidavit, in that she signed an Affidavit of Assisted Voter stating that she did not attempt to influence the voter’s choice of candidates, party or votes in relation to any public, question and had cast the ballot as directed by the voter when she had not cast the ballot as directed by the voter.
Brian B. Hendricks, 31 of 473 N. 29th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and three counts of domestic battery on or about May 27 by East St. Louis police. Hendricks allegedly, in committing a battery, and by the use of a deadly weapon, a knife, knowingly caused bodily harm to Martisha Johnson, in that he cut her on her neck; cut her on her ear; knowingly made physical contact with Martisha Johnson, a family/household member, in that said defendant repeatedly punched her on her face; pushed her off the front porch and kicked her in the face.
Jeremy D. Jordan, 43 of 1713 W. Highway 50, Lot 155, O’Fallon, arrested on suspicion of unlawful procurement of methamphetamine precursor from between March 17 and May 21 by St. Clair County sheriff. Jordan allegedly, procured less than 15 grams of a methamphetamine precursor in standard dose form, being a substance containing pseudoephedrine, with the intent that it be used to manufacture a substance containing methamphetamine.
Linda S. Sonsoucie, 63, of 44 Parkview, Lebanon, arrested on suspicion of unlawful procurement of methamphetamine precursor from between Jan. 17 and May 21 by St. Clair County sheriff. Sonsoucie allegedly procured less than 15 grams of a methamphetamine precursor in standard dose form, being a substance containing pseudoephedrine, with the intent that it be used to manufacture a substance containing methamphetamine.
Amanda L. Fears, 34, of 1713 W. Highway 50, Lot 41, O’Fallon, arrested on suspicion of aggravated participation of methamphetamine manufacturing on or about May 27 by St. Clair County sheriff. Fears allegedly, while committing the offense of participation in methamphetamine manufacturing, knowingly assisted in the production of 400 grams of more of a substance containing methamphetamine, and the defendant knowingly did so in a structure where children under the age of 18 reside.
Zachary T. Johnson, 36, of 1713 W. Highway 50, Lot 41, O’Fallon, arrested on suspicion of aggravated participation of methamphetamine manufacturing on or about May 27 by St. Clair County sheriff. Johnson allegedly, while committing the offense of participation in methamphetamine manufacturing, knowingly assisted in the production of 400 grams or more of a substance containing methamphetamine, and the defendant knowingly did so in a structure where children under the age of 18 reside.
Alexander P. Barton, 20, of 518 S. Euclid Ave., Marissa, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and mob action on or about May 23 by Marissa police. Barton allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly caused bodily harm to Shawn Staten, in that he hit him about the head and body with a baseball bat; knowingly assembled with two or more persons with the intent to commit or facilitate the commission of a felony or misdemeanor, in that he hit Shawn Staten about the head and body with a baseball bat.
Michael R. Recar, 20, of 708 S. Grace St., Marissa, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and mob action on or about May 23 by Marissa police. Recar allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly caused bodily harm to Shawn Staten, in that he hit him about the head and body with a baseball bat; knowingly assembled with two or more persons with the intent to commit or facilitate the commission of a felony or misdemeanor, in that he hit Shawn Staten about the head and body with a baseball bat.
Kale R. Smith, 19, of 301 Mine Road, Lot 18, Mascoutah, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and mob action on or about May 23 by Marissa police. Smith allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly caused bodily harm to Shawn Staten, in that he hit him about the head and body with a baseball bat; knowingly assembled with two or more persons with the intent to commit or facilitate the commission of a felony or misdemeanor in that he hit Shawn Staten about the head and body with a baseball bat.
