THURSDAY, MAY 28

8:29 a.m. Credit card fraud — 6000 block of West Main Street.
8:53 a.m. Housing complaint — 100 block of Walnut Street.
9:50 a.m. Housing complaint — 500 block of North 40th Street.
10:15 a.m. Housing complaint — 1300 block of Orchard Street.
9:25 a.m. Missing person, adult male — 300 block of North Church Street.
10:07 a.m. Retail theft — K-Mart, 7230 Westfield Plaza Drive.
10:44 a.m. Suspicious incident — 300 block of North 41st Street.
1:07 p.m. Missing person, adult female — 300 block of Kansas Avenue.
12:45 p.m. Theft $500 and under — 200 block of West Main Street.
2:16 p.m. Traffic accident report — 400 block of Forest Avenue.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
THURSDAY, MAY 28
Kalvin L. Williams, 23, of 15430 Forte De France Lane, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery and two counts of aggravated battery on or about May 26 by Belleville police. Williams allegedly, in committing a domestic battery, strangled Arhonda M. Douglas, a family/household member, in that said defendant intentionally impeded the normal breathing or circulation of blood of Arhonda Douglas by applying pressure to her neck; knowingly made physical contact with Arhonda M. Douglas, a pregnant person, in that he struck the head of Arhonda M. Dougals with his hand; pushed her to the ground.
Jason R. Simpson, 31, of 213 Cottage Hill Drive, O’Fallon, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery, subsequent on or about May 26 by O’Fallon police. Simpson allegedly, made physical contact with Amanda Simpson, a family/household member, in that said defendant repeatedly struck her on her face with his hand. Defendant had been previously convicted of domestic battery on July 16, 2013.
Chasity C. Rockett, 40, of 1662 N. 43rd St., Apt. A, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about May 26 by Fairview Heights police. Rockett allegedly, took merchandise from J.C. Penney, 245 St. Clair Square, Fairview Heights, being tank tops and shorts, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of retail theft on Sept. 15, 2014.

Christopher J. Langenstein, 23, of Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence by Belleville police.

Wardell D. Williams, 27, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of burglary and probation violation by East St. Louis police.
Denise M. Montgomery, 45, of Granite City, multiple warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.
Courtney A. Crumble, 32, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Montinez D. Wright, 26, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a firearm by Belleville police.
