The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.
ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
WEDNESDAY, JUNE 1
Nathan E. Dyas, 26, of 2611 Sierra Drive, Apt. F, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence and driving on a revoked driver’s license on or about May 30 by Belleville police. Dyas allegedly, drove a 2007 Ford Taurus at the intersection of F Street and North Illinois Street in Belleville, while his breath, blood, or urine resulting from the unlawful consumption of alcohol, and during a period in which the defendant’s driving privileges were suspended or revoked; drove a 2007 Ford Taurus at the intersection of F Street and North Illinois Street in Belleville, at a time when defendant’s driver’s license was revoked.
Jessica Whitfield, 25, of 1940 Sauterne Court, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon with no valid FOID Card, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon cannabis control act, failure to stop after an accident involving personal injury or death on or about May 29 by Fairview Heights police. Whitfield allegedly, carried in a vehicle a matte silver Smith & Wesson Airweight .38 caliber revolver, model 638-3 at a time when she was not on her own land, or in her own abode, or fixed place of business, and the said defendant had not been issued a current, valid FOID Card; knowingly carried in a vehicle a matte silver SMith & Wesson Airweight .38 caliber revolver, model 638-3 at a time when she was not on her own land, or in her own above, or fixed place of business and said defendant was engaged in a misdemeanor violation of the cannabis control act; knowingly failed to stop teh vehicle she was driving after the vehicle was involved in an accident at the intersection of North Illinois and I-64 in Fairview Heights, in which Valrie Hill was personally injured as a result of that accident.
Shannon B. Schmidt, 19, of 707 Centerville AVe., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of criminal sexual assault by force and unlawful restraint on or about May 11 by Southwestern Illinois College. Schmidt allegedly, by the use of force and/or the threat of the use of force, knowingly committed an act of sexual assault with a female minor, initials L.S., date of birth, Sept. 4, 1997; knowingly and without legal authority detained another, a female minor, initials L.S., date of birth, Sept. 4, 1997, in that the defendant picked L.S. up with his hands and pushed her against a wall.
Sean M. Porter, 18, of 559 Alexander Drive, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on or about May 30 by East St. Louis police. Porter allegedly, carried in the vehicle a .38 caliber revolver at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, and said defendant was under 21 years of age and in possession of a handgun.
Tekoa J. Howard, 20, of 729 Avon Ave., Waterloo, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery by use of a deadly weapon on or about May 31 by St. Clair County sheriff. Howard allegedly, in committing a battery, and by use of a deadly weapon, a knife, knowingly caused bodily harm to Tyrik Powell, in that she stabbed Tyrik Powell in the arm.
Jimmy L. Bootchee, 20, of 1646 2nd St., Madison, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about May 14 by Fairview Heights police. Bootchee allegedly, took merchandise from King’s Beauty Supply, 309 Market Place, Fairview Heights, being hair weaves, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of robbery on May 12, 2015.
Jarae D. Lilton, 28, of 38 Fourscore Drive, Apt. D, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about May 30 by Fairview Heights police. Lilton allegedly, took merchandise from J.C. Penney’s, 234 St. Clair Square, Fairview Heights, being various make-up brushes, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of theft on Jan. 9, 2009.
Jaylon J. Lewis, 18, of 1 Chateau Drive, C, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of burglary on or about May 30 by Fairview Heights police. Lewis allegedly, entered into a motor vehicle, black 2005 Dodge Magnum, of George Stacker, located at 5615 Bonita, Fairview Heights, with the intent to commit theft therein.
Philantae T. Johnson, 19, of 4837 Converse Ave., Centreville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about May 30 by Cahokia police. Johnson allegedly, took merchandise from Walmart, 1511 Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia, being shirts and jeans, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of residential burglary on July 3, 2013.
Cameron C. Medley, 23, of 7133 Mine Haul Road, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of burglary on or about May 28 by Belleville police. Medley allegedly, entered into a motor vehicle, a white 1996 Dodge truck, of Eric Priest, located at 1646 N. Charles St., Belleville, with the intent to commit theft therein.
Jerry D. Ratay, 59, of 9120 Forest Drive, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence on or about June 1 by Caseyville police. Ratay allegedly, drove a blue 2007 Chevrolet Malibu, on Illinois State Route 157 in Caseyville, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohool. Defendant had previously committed the offense of Aggravated Driving Under the influence on March 14, 2005 and on Oct. 3, 2009.
Sheila R. Pigram, 45, of 1520 N. 49 St., Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated battery on or about May 30 by Washington Park police. Pigram allegedly, in committing a battery, cuased bodily harm to Brittany Camper in that she cut Brittany Camper in the face with a broken bottle; cut her in the chest with a broken bottle.
Cameron C. Medley, 23, of 7133 Mine Haul Road, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of retail theft and resisting a police officer on or about May 30 by O’Fallon police. Medley allegedly, took merchandise from Walmart, 1530 W. Highway 50, O’Fallon, being car batteries, antifreeze and a 55 inch Vizio brand TV, total retail value in excess of $300; took merchandise being a 60 inch Vizio brand TV, total retail value in excess of $300; knowingly resisted the peformance of Neal Gough of an authorized act within his official capacity, being the arrest of Cameron Medley, knowing Neal Gough to be a peace officer engaged in the execution of his official duties, in that he refused to be handcuffed.
Sean D. Hutton, 38, of 708 Kaywood, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on or about May 31 by St. Clair County sheriff. Hutton allegedly, had in his possession less than 5 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine; had in his possession less than 15 gramsof a substance containing cocaine; had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin; knowingly carried in a vehicle a .45 caliber handgun at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, and said defendant had not been issued a current, valid FOID Card, and was not currently licensed or registered to possess a firearm in his resident state of Missouri.

Ashley M. Kuchta, 25 of Troy, Mo., warrant arrest by Lebanon police.
Tameaka S. Wilson, 29, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Caseyville police.
Jerry D. Ratay, 60, of Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence by Caseyville police.
Christopher A. Douglas, 19, of O’Fallon, arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis by O’Fallon police.
Terkia R. Johnson, 23, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by O’Fallon police.
Nathan E. Dyas, 26, of Cantrall, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence by Belleville police.
Ronald E. Thorne, 30, of Springfield, multiple warrant arrest by O’Fallon police.
Daneisha Watson, 20, of Washington Park, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
Kevin Jordan, 40, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.
