ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
TUESDAY, JUNE 9
John Fox, 25, 110 Virginia, Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of home invasion and mob action on or about June 6 by Illinois State Police. Fox allegedly, entered the dwelling place of Dustin Prestito, located at 130 Cankelly Lane, Caseyville, having reason to know that one or more persons were present and intentionally caused injury to Dustin Prestito in that he struck him about the body; knowingly, by the use of force and violence, disturbed the public peace in that he, struck and kicked Dustin Prestito on and about the body, thereby inflicting injury.
John A. Zapfe, 45, of 3501 Geo Leilich Road, New Athens, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence and driving on revoked license on or about June 6 by Freeburg police. Zapfe allegedly, drove a white and black 2003 Chevrolet Avalanche on State Street in Freeburg, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant’s driving privileges were revoked.
Eric S. Eitzmann, 35, of 503 Courtesy Lane, Bethalto, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or abour June 6 by Swansea police. Eitzmann allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.
Loren R. Watson, 38, of 1364 N. 38th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of firearm by a felon, unlawful possession with intent to deliver cannabis and unlawful possession of cannabis from between April 6 and June 6 by Illinois State Police. Watson allegedly, a person who has been convicted of a felony, knowingly possessed within a vehicle a .45 caliber pistol; knowingly and unlawfully possessed with the intent to deliver more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis; knowingly and unlawfully had in his possession more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis. The defendant had been previously convicted of unlawful possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance on June 2, 2005.
Brian K. Weathers, 32, of 243 Winchester Place, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with the intent to deliver cannabis; aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and unlawful possession of cannabis, on or about June 6 by Illinois State Police. Weathers allegedly, possessed with the intent to deliver more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis; knowingly carried in a vehicle a .45 caliber pistol at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, and said defendant was engaged in a misdemeanor; had in his possession more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis.
ST. CLAIR COUNTY SHERIFF
TUESDAY, JUNE 9
Joseph M. Harla, 21, of Freeburg, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to property and all other disorderly conduct by Mascoutah police.
