The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

TUESDAY, JUNE 9

Justin W. Cheek, 27, of 109 S. 38th St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of violate order of protection on or about April 21 by O’Fallon police. Cheek allegedly, having been served with the contents of an order of protection, did knowingly commit an act which was prohibited by the order, in that said defendant called Ashley Harris, a protected party. Defendant had previously been convicted of domestic battery on Aug. 12, 2013.

Ronald E. Thorne, 30, of 228 S. Livingston, Springfield, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery, two counts of resisting a police officer and obstructing identification on or about May 31 by O’Fallon police. Thorne allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly made physical contact with Deiane Coppotelli, in that he ran into Diane Coppotelli and knocked her to the ground knowing Diane Coppotelli to be a peace officer, engaged in the performance of her authorized duties; knowingly resisted the performance of Diane Coppotelli of an authorized act within her official capacity, being the arrest of Ronald Thorne, knowing Diane Coppotelli to be a peace officer engaged in the execution of her official duties, in that he refused to be handcuffed, and the actions of the defendant were the proximate cause of the injury to Diane Coppotello; knowingly resisted the performance of Neal Gough of an authorized act within his official capacity, being the arrest of Ronald Thorne, knowing Neal Gough to be a peace officer engaged in the execution of his official duties, in that he refused to be handcuffed; knowingly furnished a false name to Neal Gough, a peace officer for the City of O’Fallon, who had lawfully detained said defendant.

Daniel L. Petrus, 25, of 115 Glenview Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of theft, subsequent on or abour May 24 by St. Clair County sheriff. Petrus allegedly, exerted unauthorized control over property of Nancy Knapp, being U.S. currency, total value not in excess of $500. Defendant had been previously convicted of theft on Sept. 22, 2014.

Breanna N. White, 21, of 16 E. Lucinda Court, Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about April 1 by Caseyville police. White allegedly, had in her possession a substance containing Alprazolam.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 10

Terry L. Devore, 40, of 240 Brackett St., Swansea, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Feb. 4 by St. Clair County sheriff. Devore allegedly, had in his possession less than 5 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine; had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

TUESDAY, JUNE 9

Jamie L. Hrdin, 22, of Cahokia, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Christina D. Challis, 26, of O’Fallon, arrested on suspicion of no registration, traffic violation and warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.

Alicia M. Flanagan, 25, of Belleville, warrant arrest by O’Fallon police.

Christian D. Baker, 20, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.

Monique M. Fisher, 48, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.

Marcus J. Ware, 27, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of failure to register as a sex offender by Belleville police.

Marvion D. Gilmore, 21, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Crystal L. Clark, 31, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Deshawn L. Denton, 25 of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Andrea L. Warmack, 35, of Granite City, arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.

Tiamo L. Phipps, 21, of Alorton, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery, probation violation and warrant arrest by Centreville police.

Jason J. Johnson, 41, of Ballwin, Mo., arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, no registration and traffic violation by Cahokia police.

Shorian S. Harris, 25, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft by Cahokia police.

David M. Schuette, 46, of Fort Collins, Colo., warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.

Robert M. Brucker, 34, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance by Belleville police.

Demarius D. Branson, 24, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of manufacture and delivery of contraband, possession of drug equipment and warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.

Allen M. Peters, 27, of Brighton, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Roderick L. Hall, 22, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft and possession of cannabis by East St. Louis police.

Courtney B. Gray, 22, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon by East St. Louis police.

Toni Phillips, 34, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.
