ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 10

Gary M. Snyders II, 33, of 314 N. Jefferson St., 31, Millstadt, arrested on suspicion of unlawful delivery of methamphetamine on or abour Feb. 16 by St. Clair County sheriff. Snyders allegedly, delivered to a C.S. less than 5 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine.

Kevin M. McAfee, 52, of 1254 N. 46th St., Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of officoal misconduct, stalking and two counts of criminal damage to government property by Illinois State Police. McAfee allegedly, while acting in his official capacity as a police officer for the Village of Washington Park, knowingly performed an act which he knew was forbidden in that he committed the offense of criminal damage to government supported property, in that he knowingly damaged a telephone belonging to the Washington Park Police Department, said damage not in excess of $500; knowingly engaged in a course of conduct directed at a specific person, Candice Lyles, and he knew or should have known that this course of conduct would cause a reasonable person to suffer emotional distress; knowingly damaged a telephone located within the Washington Park Police Department, 5621 Forest Blvd., Washington Park, said property is supported in whole or in part with government funds, said damage not in excess of $500; knowingly damaged a door frame located within the Washington Park Police Department, and said property is supported in whole or in part with government funds, said damage not in excess of $500.

Matthew K. Sabo, 37,of Fairmont City, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by Miscellaneous agencies.
