ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
MONDAY, JUNE 15
Damarian T. Mason, 22, of 643 N. 76th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated fleeing on or about June 9 by Centreville police. Mason allegedly, while operating a motor vehicle, a 2007 Dodge, with Missouri plates, was given a visual signal by a police officer, Babatunde Owoseni, who has in police uniform an driving a vehicle which displayed illuminated, oscillating, rotating or flashing red or blue lights which when used in conjunction with an audible horn or siren, would indicate the vehicle to be an official police vehicle, directing the defendant to bring said 2007 Dodge to a stop, willfully fled or attempted to elude the police officer and that when willfully fleeing or attempting to elude the police officer, the defendant disobeyed two or more official traffic control devices being stop lights on Missouri Avenue and stop signs on Bond Avenue.
Gregory L. Cook, 21, of 655 N. 24th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, criminal damage to property and armed violence on or about June 13 by Belleville police. Cook allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly and by means of discharging a firearm caused an injury to Latresha Brooks in that said defendant shot her in the foot with a rifle; while armed with a dangerous weapon, an assault rifle, Category II weapon, performed acts prohibited by Illinois Compiled Statutes, in that he knowingly damaged property of Tierra Smith, being a 2010 Chevrolet Camero, located at 219 Freedom Drive, Belleville, damage in excess of $300 but not in excess of $10,000; knowingly possessed on his person a SKS Assault Rifle; knowingly damaged property of Tierra Smith, being a 2010 Chevrolet Camero, located at 219 Freedom Drive, Belleville, without Tierra Smith’s consent, said damage in excess of $300 but not in excess of $10,000. Defendant had been previously convicted of aggravated criminal sexual abuse on March 16.
Franklin C. Edwards, 29, of 217 Freedom Drive, M, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery, armed violence and criminal damage to property on or about June 13 by Belleville police. Edwards allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly and by means of discharging a firearm caused an injury to Latresha Brooks in that said defendant shot Latresha Brooks in the foot with a rifle; while armed with a dangerous weapon, an assault rifle, a Ategory II weapon, performed acts prohibited by Illinois Compiled Statutes, in that he knowingly damaged property of Tierra Smith, being a 2010 Chevrolet Camero, located at 219 Freedom Drive, Belleville, without Tierra Smith’s consent, said damage in excess of $300 but not in excess of $10,000; knowingly damaged property of Tierra Smith, being a 2010 Chevrolet Camero, located at 219 Freedom Drive, Belleville, without Teirra Smith’s consent, said damage in excess of $300 but not in excess of $10,000.

Germon L. Spence, 34, of St. Louis, multiple warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.
Terrence J. Bailey, 28, of Smithton, warrant arrest by Smithton police.
Anthony T. Boscia, 41, of Fenton, Mo., arrested on suspicion of two counts of driving under the influence, illegal transportation and two traffic violations by Illinois State Police.
Paula K. Beckman, 21, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of driving under the influence, no driver’s license and traffic violation by Illinois State Police.
James W. Haywood, 61, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and traffic violation by St. Clair County sheriff.
Jamaal L. Wilson, 25, of Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence by Washington Park police.
Jennifer C. Strubberg, 38, of Belleville, multiple warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.
Brittney L. Gamblin, 24, of Lebanon, arrested on suspicion of two counts of driving under the influence and traffic violation by Illinois State Police.

Nicholas A. Meadows, 24, of Bloomington, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to land by St. Clair County sheriff.
