ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
TUESDAY, JUNE 16
Sean L. Hager, 44, of 16464 Birch Forest Drive, Wildwood, Mo., arrested on suspicion of unlawful failure to register as a sex offender and unlawful presence within school zone by a child sex offender from between Aug. 5, 2014 and June 15 by Cahokia police. Hager allegedly, failed to register in accordance with the provisions of the sex offender registration act, with the Chief of Police of the City of Cahokia, where he was temporarily domiciled for a period of time of 3 days or more; a child sex offender, knowingly resided within 500 feet of a school building, being the Maplewood School, located at 600 Jerome Lane, Cahokia.
Latory L. Lofton, 37, of 3301 Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated battery with the use of a deadly weapon on or about June 14 by St. Clair County sheriff. Lofton allegedly, in committing a battery, and by the use of a deadly weapon, a baseball bat and a knife, knowingly caused bodily harm to Malcolm Rhodes, in that she hit him on the face with a baseball bat; she stabbed him on the face with a knife.
Ryan C. Ivory Jr., 23, of 215 N. 79th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on or about Jan. 13 by East St. Louis police. Ivory allegedly, entered into the dwelling place of B.C., located in the 1200 block of Gaty Ave., East St. Louis, with the intent to commit theft therein.
Scott D. Ford Jr., 25, of 2423 Old State Route 3, East Carondelet, arrested on suspicion of escape and violating electronic monitoring from between May 2 and May 8 by miscellaneous agencies. Ford allegedly, who was charged with the felony offense of meth manufacturing, and who was conditionally released from the St. Clair County Jail, the supervising authority, through an electronic home monitoring detention program with the St. Clair County Probation Department, knowingly violated a condition of that program in that said defendant, without permission left his residence and his whereabouts were unknown.
