BELLEVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT

THURSDAY, JUNE 18

8:51 a.m. Missing person, adult male — 300 block of North Church Street.

9:20 a.m. Harassment by telephone — 200 block of North 39th Street.

9:52 a.m. Burglary from a motor vehicle — 9800 block of West Main Street.

11:19 a.m. Identity theft — 2100 block of East Belle Avenue.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 17

Stephen K. Anderson, 34, of 700 Hollywood Heights Road, Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated fleeing and attempting to elude a police officer on or about Feb. 17 by Caseyville police. Anderson allegedly, while operating a motor vehicle, a silver 2002 Ford Mustang, was given a visual signal by a police officer, Cody Wiley, who was in police uniform and driving a vehicle which displayed illuminated, oscillating, rotating or flashing red or blue lights which when used in conjunction with an audible horn or siren would indicate the vehicle to be an official police vehicle, directing the defendant to bring said vehicle to a stop, willfully fled or or attempted to elude the police officer and that when willfully fleeing or attempting to elude the police officer, the defendant traveled at a rate of speed 12 mph over the legal speed limit.

Austin H. Buneta, 19, of 2910 Princeton, Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to government supported property on or about Oct. 26, 2014 by Collinsville police. Buneta allegedly, damaged, without consent of the State of Illinois, Cahokia Mounds Park Interpretive Center, located at 30 Ramsey St., Collinsville, which property is supported in part with State of Illinois funds, said damage in excess of $500.

Linda A. Nickerson, 58, of 131 Kensington Heights Road, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated driving under the influence on or about Nov. 27, 2014 by Belleville police. Nickerson allegedly, drove a 1995 Toyota Celica on North Belt West in Belleville, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and the defendant, at the time of the commission of said violation was involved in a motor vehicle accident that resulted in the bodily harm of Sheri Mueller, and said violation was a proximate cause of the injuries to Sheri Mueller; drove a 1995 Toyota Celica on North Belt West in Belleville, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and the defendant, at the time of the commission of said violation was involved in a motor vehicle accident that resulted in the bodily harm of Tanyaria Blanchard, and said violation was a proximate cause of the injured to Tanyaria Blanchard.

James C. Hammond IV, 26, of 1113 Richard Drive, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and unlawful possession of methamphetamine on or about June 16 by St. Clair County sheriff. Hammond allegedly, a person who has been convicted of a felony, knowingly possessed about his person a firearm, a .22 caliber handgun; had in his possession less than 5 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine. The defendant had been previously convicted of abuse of child in Missouri.

Dylan S. Kempf, 23, of 4365 State Route 13 Drive, Freeburg, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with the intent to deliver methamphetamine on or about June 16 by St. Clair County sheriff. Kempf allegedly, possessed with the intent to deliver five grams or more but less than 15 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY SHERIFF

TUESDAY, JUNE 16

Stephen M. Thompson, 29, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of probation violation and multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Larry D. Holman, 37, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by O’Fallon police.

Dylan S. Kempf, 23, of Freeburg, arrested on suspicion of parole violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Michael T. Mosley, 23, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis by St. Clair County sheriff.

Sean L. Hager, 44, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of sex offender failure to register by Cahokia police.

David M. Malone, 20, of Alton, warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Antwan L. Crawford, 32, of St. Louis warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Lebaron D. Wright Jr., 33, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., arrested on suspicion of vifolation of orders of protection by St. Clair County sheriff.

Joshua D. Hummert, 26, of Mascoutah, arrested on suspicion of two counts of retail theft by St. Clair County sheriff.

Jessica A. Smith, 27, of Brighton, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Trista S. Keys, 30, of Breese, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Courtney M. Smith, 18, of Marissa, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance by St. Clair County sheriff.

Justin D. Carrico, 33, of Cahokia, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Shawn M. Braddum, 25, of East Carondelet, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver’s license and traffic violation by St. Clair County sheriff.
