The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

TUESDAY, JUNE 23

Gregory L. Finley Jr., 49, of 5610 Perin Road, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of aggravated discharge of a firearm and reckless discharge of a firearm on or about June 21 by Fairview Heights police. Finley allegedly, knowingly discharged a firearm, a Glock 26 in the direction of another person, being Zachary R. Lehnen; while acting in a reckless manner, he discharged a firearm and in doing so aimed the firearm in the direction of Zachary R. Lehnen.

Fernandel J. Porter Jr., 42, of 3532 Clarence St., St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about June 20 by Fairview Heights police. Porter allegedly, took merchandise from Dillard’s, 275 St. Clair Square, Fairview Heights, being Polo brand shirts, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of robbery on May 20, 1999.

Danny R. Julian Jr., 35, of 4136 W. Kossutah, ST. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft and obstructing a police officer on or about June 20 by Fairview Heights police. Julian allegedly, took merchandise from Dillard’s, 275 St. Clair Square, Fairview Heights, being Nike brand shorts and shirts, total retail value in excess of $300; knowingly obstructed the performance of Nicholas Bullard of an authorized act within his official capacity, being the arrest of Danny Julian, knowing Nicholas Bullard to be a peace officer engaged in the execution of his official duties, in that he refused to stop after being ordered to stop by Nicholas Bullard.

Brian L. Eisemann, 33, of 9433 Palomino Drive, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to a residence, domestic battery and interference report domestic violence on or about June 13 by Mascoutah police. Eisemann allegedly, entered and remained within the residence of Alyssa Theobald, 44 W. Patterson St., Mascoutah, at a time when said defendant knew/had reason to know that one or more persons were present in that residence; knowingly made physical contact with Alyssa Theobald, a family/household member, in that said defendant grabbed Alyssa Theobald about the body; after committing an act of domestic violence, grabbing Alyssa Theobald about the body, then attempted to prevent Alyssa Theobald from calling 911 Emergency Telephone System.

Brent T. Buss, 31, of 1163 Route 15, Venedy, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to government supported property on or about June 21 by Belleville police. Buss allegedly, damaged the 2015 Ford Explorer patrol vehicle, while located at 951 S. Green Mount Commons, Belleville, which property is supported in part with City of Belleville funds, said damage in excess of $500.

Bobby J. Dixon, 46, of 8621 Washington Park Blvd., Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful failure to register change of address as a sex offender and unlawful failure to register as a sex offender on or about June 16 by St. Clair County sheriff. Dixon allegedly, a sex offender, knowingly failed to notify registering law enforcement agency of change of address, in accordance with the previsions of the Sex Offender Registration Act, with the Sheriff of St. Clair County within 3 days of change of his residence address; knowingly failed to provide correct information regarding his residence to the Sheriff of St. Clair County.

Charles A. Scott, 46, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of fleeing or attempting to elude police by East St. Louis police.

Carlton L. Campbell, 29, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault by East St. Louis police.

Rebecca J. Whitlow, 31, of Granite City, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance by Fairview Heights police.

Coridarryl D. Kilpatrick, 26, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence by St. Clair County sheriff.

Arturo D. Gonzalez, 28, of Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance by St. Clair County sheriff.

Tierra D. Holmes, 19, of Madison, warrant arrest by Brooklyn police.

Larita S. Taylor, 37, of Caseyville, warrant arrest by Caseyville police.

Ryan T. Cochran, 35, of Granite City, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and multiple warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.

Gregory L. Finley Jr., 49, of Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of reckless discharge of a firearm by Fairview Heights police.

Danny R. Julian, 35, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft by Fairview Heights police.

Fernandel J. Porter Jr., 36, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.

Sarah A. Roberts, 35, of Carlyle, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
