ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
THURSDAY, JUNE 25
Arthur J. Carter, 38, of 2016 Trendley, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance within a 1,000 feet of school property on or about March 30 by St. Clair County sheriff. Carter allegedly, while within 1,000 feet of school property, being the Estelle Sauget School of Cahokia, 1700 Jerome Lane, Cahokia, knowingly delivered to a C.I. less than one gram of a substance containing heroin.
Claudine Jones, 46, of 1923 Florence St., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of theft from between April 21 and April 25 by Swansea police. Jones allegedly, took control over property of First Bank, 4387 N. Illinois St., Swansea, being U.S. currency, total value in excess of $500, she knowingly delivered bank checks to First Bank, drawn on Regions Bank, payable to Claudine Jones, and signed as drawer Lori Willis, knowing checks would not be paid by the depository, said offenses constituting a series of acts performed at different times in furtherance of a single intention and design.
Andrea L. Warmack, 36, of 4150 Lake Drive, Granite City, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine on or about June 24 by Fairview Heights. Warmack allegedly, had in her possession less than 5 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine.
Cortney B. Gray, 22, of 642 N. 41st St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on or about June 24 by East St. Louis police. Gray allegedly, carried on his person a 9mm handgun at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, and said defendant had not been issued a current, valid FOID Card.
Robert M. Brucker Jr., 34, of 137 N. Michigan Ave., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and two counts of domestic battery on or about June 21 by Belleville police. Brucker allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin; made physical contact with Jeanette Riley, a family/household member, in that said defendant smacked her on her face; threw her to the ground.

Gabriel A. Falls, 23, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by St. Clair County sheriff.
Claudine Jones, 46, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of retail theft by Swansea police.
Alexander Singletary, 42, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of resisting, obstructing or disarming the police by Cahokia police.
Heather M. Epperson, 40, of St. Jacob, multiple warrant arrest by O’Fallon police.
Richard A. Divine, 36, of Belleville, warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.
Dalvin T. Stewart, 21, of Alorton, warrant arrest by Alorton police.
Seth L. Creasy, 21, of Dupo, multiple warrant arrest by Dupo police.
Charles R. Foots, 39, of Washington Park, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
Joseph E. Kennedy, 23, of East Alton, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
Alexis D. Johnson, 32, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.
Ernie L. Williamson, 42, of House Springs, Mo., arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance by St. Clair County sheriff.
Churnesia L. White, 27, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft by St. Clair County sheriff.
