11:32 a.m. Drunkenness, local news — 2500 block of Carlyle Avenue.

12:20 p.m. Burglary from a motor vehicle — 7200 block of West A Street.

2:53 p.m. Harassment — 8300 block of West Main Street.

7:51 p.m. Improper supervision of a child — Schnuck’s, 5720 North Belt West.

8:30 p.m. Motor vehicle theft — 7500 block of West Main Street.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

FRIDAY, JUNE 26

Jaylen Mays, 18, of 620 N. 78th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of armed robbery with a firearm and aggravated vehicle hijacking with a firearm on or about June 23 by Illinois State Police. Mays allegedly, while carrying a firearm on his person, knowingly took property, being U.S. currency and a cellular phone, from Ramonte Randolph, by threatening the imminent use of force; knowingly took a motor vehicle, a 1998 Chevrolet Blazer, from Ramonte Randolph, while the defendant was armed with a dangerous weapon, a firearm.

Kelly R. Boucher, 48, of 817 E. Washington Ave., 11, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence on or about June 26 by Fairview Heights. Boucher allegedly, had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine; drove a tan 1999 Buick on Old Lincoln Trail, Fairview Heights, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol.

Tamara J. Hawkins, 20, of 1602 E. Balmont Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of home invasion, felony possession and criminal damage to property on or about June 13 by East St. Louis police. Hawkins allegedly, entered the dwelling place of Callie M. Thomas, 547 N. 84th St., East St. Louis, knowing Callie M. Thomas to be present within that dwelling place and intentionally cause injury to Callie M. Thomas in that she shocked her on the body with a stun gun; knowingly possessed stun gun; damaged property of Montez Wilson, being a vehicle, at 547 N. 84th St., East St. Louis, said damage being in excess of $300 but not in excess of $10,000. Defendant had been previously convicted of aggravated domestic battery on June 12, 2012.

Paul D. Porter, 58, of 7765 Northeast 301 Road, Lowry City, Mo., arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Porter allegedly, had in his possession less than 5 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine.

Leroy Terry, 43, of 814 Pennsylvania Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about July 2 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Terry allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY SHERIFF

FRIDAY, JUNE 26

Melvin D. Coleman, 29, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver’s license and two traffic violations by St. Clair County sheriff.

Byron Ellis, 23, of Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to land and resisting, obstructing or disarming the police by Fairmont City police.

Sean K. Sanders, 22, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Deabre L. Bolden, 24, of Ferguson, Mo., warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Damaggio A. Fluker, 20, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of harassment be telephone by St. Clair County sheriff.

Leslie N. Phillips, 38, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Austin H. Buneta, 18, of Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to state supported property by St. Clair County sheriff.
