ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
MONDAY, JUNE 29
David T. Johnson, 37, of 1841 N. 44th St. Drive, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of driving on a revoked or suspended driver’s license on or about June 27th St. Clair County sheriff. Johnson allegedly, drove a white Ford minivan on Bond Avenue in East St. Louis, at a time when David Johnson’s driver’s license was revoked. The defendant had been previously convicted of driving on revoked driver’s license on May 26, 2011.
Conselo Coleman, 41, of 4940 N. Park Drive, Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of retail theft and theft from between June 21 and July 25 by Swansea police. Coleman allegedly, took merchandise from Schnuck’s, 2665 N. Illinois St., Swansea, being 11 bottles of alcoholic liquor and four cases of beer, total retail value in excess of $300; took merchandise from Schnuck’s, 2665 N. Illinois St., Swansea, being Bud Light beer, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of burglary on Dec. 9, 2009.
Brian P. Arnold, 52, of 213 N. Roosevelt, Lebanon, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery of a police officer and resisting a police officer on or about June 26 by Lebanon police. Arnold allegedly, in committing a battery, made physical contact with Officer Josh Daniels, in that he struck Officer Daniels in the chest with an open palm knowing Officer Daniels to be a peace officer engaged in the performance of his authorized duties; knowingly resisted the performance of Officer Daniels of an authorized act within his official capacity, being the arrest of Brian Arnold, knowing Officer Daniels to be a peace officer engaged in the execution of his official duties, in that he pulled free from Officer Daniels grasp.

Robin V. Wagner, 57, of Lebanon, arrested on possession of a controlled substance by Lebanon police.
Richard L. Burton, 36, of St. Louis, multiple warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.
Matthew D. Decrevel, 27, of O’Fallon, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, all other criminal offenses and traffic violation by Illinois State Police.
Michael P. Garcia 37, of Anna, warrant arrest by Fairmont City police.
Rosa M. Parks, 36, of Anna, warrant arrest by Fairmont City police.
Darryl M. Mason, 52, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by Caseyville police.
Chiquita R. Humphrey, 27, of Cahokia, warrant arrest by O’Fallon police.
Leah R. Watson, 24, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by O’Fallon police.
Ryan C. Ivory, 44, of East St. Louis, multiple warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.
Ryan C. Ivory Jr., 23, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary and warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.
April D. Moore, 36, of Swansea, warrant arrest by Swansea police.
Tiffany D. Ivory, 28, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of all other disorderly conduct by St. Clair County sheriff.
Deonta L. Jones, 22, of Venice, warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.
Tiffany L. Spinner, 24, of East Carondelet, warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.
John E. Day, 50, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of two counts of driving under the influence by Illinois State Police.
