10:12 a.m. Possession of drug paraphernalia — 300 block of Freedom Drive.

11:19 a.m. Criminal trespass to land — First lock of South Illinois Street.

12:26 p.m. Hit and run — 400 block of South Charles Street.

3:59 p.m. Unlawful possession of a weapon — 7200 block of West A Street.

6:39 p.m. Credit card fraud — First block of Jennine Drive.

8:45 p.m. Traffic stop, possession of cannabis over 30 grams — Southbound Interstate 55/70.

8:25 p.m. Disturbance — 8500 block of West Main Street.

8:53 p.m. Criminal trespass to vehicle — 500 block of South Virginia Avenue.

8:43 p.m. Runaway juvenile — 300 block of North 7th Street.

9:18 p.m. Harassment by telephone — 300 block of West I Street.

11:11 p.m. Juvenile problems — 600 block of Vickesburg Drive.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

MONDAY, JUNE 29

Tony Townsend, 26, of 3333B Orr Weathers, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of armed robbery and aggravated vehicular hijacking on or about June 23 by Illinois State Police. Townsend allegedly, while carrying a firearm on his person, knowingly took property, being U.S. currency and a cellular phone, from Ramonte Randolph, by threatening the imminent use of force; knowingly took a motor vehicle, a 1999 Chevrolet Blazer, from Ramonte Randolph, while the defendant was armed with a dangerous weapon, a firearm.

Dustin J. Bevineau, 20, of 121 Moonlight Drive, Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Feb. 24 by St. Clair County sheriff. Bevineau allegedly, had in his possession a substance containing methylphenidate.

Ty T. Puckett, 33, of 2726 Airport Road, New Baden, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine on or about Feb. 25 by St. Clair County sheriff. Puckett allegedly, had in his possession less than 5 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine.

Mark M. Durrett, 28, of 56 Gatewood Court, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Feb. 25 by St. Clair County sheriff. Durrett allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

Anthony M. Vaughn, 29, of 326 Hollywood Heights Road Ave., Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a debit card on or about June 27 by Sauget police. Vaughn allegedly, with the intent to defraud Visa Global, used a Visa Global debit card, which was without the cardholder’s consent for the purpose of obtaining goods, cigarettes and alcoholic liquor, total value not in excess of $300.

George J. Neal, 46, of 3403 W. Sierra St., Phoenix, Ariz., arrested on suspicion of aggravated home repair fraud on or about Sept. 29, 2012 by O’Fallon police. Neal allegedly, entered into a written contract with Calrence Ingles, an elderly person, for the repair of the home of Clarence Ingles, 302 E. Washington St., O’Fallon, repairs in excess of $500, and in doing so, confirmed Clarence Ingles impression, that the defendant was employed through CMR Construction Co., which was false and which the defendant knew not to be true, as he was no longer employed by CMR Construction Co.

Robin V. Wagner, 57, of 408 W. Dee St., Lebanon, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about June 27 by Lebanon police. Wagner allegedly, had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Elizabeth E. Donovan, 28, of 2860 Keswick Court, Swansea, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence and driving on a suspended license on or about June 29 by Fairview Heights police. Donovan allegedly, drove a yellow 2002 Mazda Protege on St. Clair Avenue in Fairview Heights, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant’s driving privileges were suspended.
