ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
TUESDAY, JUNE 30
Jordan Swanson, 19, of 282 Cypress, Shipman, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on or about June 29 by Cahokia police. Swanson allegedly, carried on his person a Hi-Point handgun, Model C-9 Luger at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, and the said defendant was under 21 years of age and in possession of a handgun.
Sandra L. Lancaster, 57, of 1717 Jefferson Ave., Mt. Vernon, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence and driving on suspended license on or about July 18 by Fairview Heights police. Lancaster allegedly, drove a red 2015 Buick Verano on Ashland Ave. in Fairview Heights, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant’s driving privileges were suspended, being defendants driver’s license was suspended.
Dorian L. Bell, 35, of 424 E. Schuetz St., Lebanon, arrested on suspicion of unlawful failure to register as a sex offender, subsequent and obstructing identification on or about July 28 by Lebanon police. Bell allegedly, a sex offender, knowingly failed to register in accordance with the provisions of the Sex Offender Registration Act, with the Chief of Police of the City of Lebanon, within 3 days of establishing a residence within that city; knowingly furnished a false name to Officer Joseph Beil, a peace officer for the City of Lebanon, who has lawfully detained said defendant. Defendant had been previously convicted of violation of the Sex Offender Registration Act on Dec. 28, 2009.

Lionel M. Bolden, 27, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence by Belleville police.

Anthony M. Vaughn, 29, of Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of credit card fraud by Sauget police.
Dyon A. Perkins, 41, of Belleville, multiple warrant arrest by Belleville police.
Stacy L. Jackson, 47, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of retail theft and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
Allen M. Barnett, 25, of Belleville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
Alexander R. Sims, 23, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of battery by St. Clair County sheriff.
