ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

SUNDAY, JULY 5

Brent A. Cole Sr., 41, of 450 N. 6th St., Apt. 21-H, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of criminal sexual assault and three counts of aggravated domestic battery on or about June 30 by East St. Louis police. Cole allegedly, committed an act of sexual assault with a female, initials K.S.; strangled a female with the initials of K.S., a family/household member, in that siad defendant intentionally impeded the normal breathing/circulation of blood of said female by applying pressure to her throat by placing her in a choke hold with his arm; intentionally impeded the normal breathing/circulation of blood of said female by applying pressure with his hands to her throat; intentionally impeded the normal breathing/circulation of blood of said female by shoving his hand down her throat.

Kenneth B. Hasley Jr., 29, of 29 E. Acton Ave., Wood River, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated battery and resisting a police officer on or about June 29 by East St. Louis police. Hasley allegedly, in committing a battery, caused harm to Dominique B. Ferris, in that he kicked her in her groin, knowing Dominique B. Ferris to be an emergency medical technician engaged in the performance of her authorized duties; in committing a battery, made contact with Scott Fry, in that he punched him in the face with his fist, knowing Scott Fry to be an emergency medical technician engaged in the performance of his authorized duties; knowingly resisted the performance of Robert Sallie of an authorized act within his official capacity, being the handcuffing of Kenneth Hasley, knowing Robert Sallie to be a peace officer engaged in the execution if his official duties, in that he kicked and struggled with Robert Sallie.
