ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
SUNDAY, JULY 5
Linda M. Durrett, 56, of 56 Gatewood Court, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of exploiting the elderly from between Aug. 27, 2014 and Oct. 16, 2014 by Illinois State Police. Durrett allegedly, who stood in a position of trust or confidence with Mildred Miller, an elderly person 80 years of age or older, knowingly and allegadly used assets or resources of Mildred Miller in excess of $5,000.
Gary A. Smith, 31, of 740 Buss St., St. Libory, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a stolen motor vehicle on or about July 1 by St. Clair County sheriff. Smith allegedly, a person not entitled to possession of said vehicle, possessed a white 1999 GMC Sonoma, belonging to Michael Williamson, knowing it to have been stolen.
Robert M. Huffines, 45, of 1750 Roosevelt Ave., Lot 24, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine on or about July 1 by St. Clair County sheriff. Huffines allegedly, had in his possession less than five grams of a substance containing methamphetamine.
Tyrone Graham Jr., 31, of 3032 Waverly Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated domestic battery, aggravated battery with use of deadly weapon and domestic battery, subsequent offense on or about June 30 by East St. Louis police. Graham allegedly, in committing domestic battery, strangled Naquisha T. Glass, a family/household member, in that said defendant strangled intentionally impeded the normal breathing/circulation of blood by applying pressure to her neck with his hands; in committing a battery, and by the use of a deadly weapon, a motor vehicle, knowingly made contact of an insulting or provoking nature with Naquisha T. Glass, in that said defendant struck her with a motor vehicle; knowingly made physical contact with Naquisha T. Glass, a family/household member, in that said defendant placed his hands around her neck. Defendant had been previously convicted of domestic battery/subsequent offense on Jan. 7.
Amy Kreger, 34, of 911 N. 39th St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of theft from between May 22 and May 29 by Belleville police. Kreger allegedly, took property of Wendy Jackson, being rings, necklaces and pendants, total value in excess of $500, said offense constituting a series of acts performed at different times in furtherance of a single intention and design.
Timothy N. Johnson, 34, of 536 N. Farmington St., Farmington, Mo., arrested on suspicion of theft from between May 22 and May 29 by Belleville police. Johnson allegedly, took property of Wendy Jackson, being rings, necklaces and pendants, total value in excess of $500, said offense constituting a series of acts performed at different times in furtherance of a single intention and design.

Raymond C. Robinson, 35, of Granite City, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver’s license, driver and passenger seat belt violation, two traffic violations and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
