ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
WEDNESDAY, JULY 8
Cynthia C. Kremer, 38, of 710 N. 1st St., Mascoutah, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about July 2 by O’Fallon police. Kremer allegedly, took merchandise from Walmart, 1530 W. Highway 50, O’Fallon, being assorted items including food, soda and soap, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of retail theft on Sept. 11, 2011.
Omari R. Muhammad, 29, homeless, arrested on suspicion of burglary and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon from between July 4 and July 5 by Belleville police. Muhammad allegedly, entered into a motor vehicle, a silver 2002 pick up truck, of Dewey Hays, located at 109 N. Michigan St., Belleville, with the intent to commit theft therein; a person who has been convicted of a felony, knowingly possessed on his person metal knuckles. Defendant had been previously convicted of burglary on Nov. 9, 2004.
Larry D. Wallace, 46, of 2018 Market Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated fleeing and attempting to elude a police officer and failure to stop at an accident involving property damage on or about Dec. 25, 2014 by East St. Louis police. Wallace allegedly, while operating a motor vehicle, a red 1999 Ford F-150, was given a visual sign by a police officer, Jason Hicks, who was in police uniform and driving a vehicle which displayed illuminated, oscillating, rotating or flashing red or blue lights which when used in conjunction with an audible horn or siren would indicate the vehicle to be an official police vehicle, directing the said defendant to bring said red 1999 Ford F-150 to a top, willfully fled or attempted to elude the police officer and that when willfully or attempting to elude the police officer, caused property damage in excess of $300, in that he struck and damaged a motor vehicle, a gray 2011 HHR Chevrolet of Jarenecia Edwards; while fleeing or attempting to elude the police officer disobeyed two or more official traffic control devices, being traffic control lights; knowingly failed to stop the vehicle he was driving, after that vehicle was involved in an accident at 25th Street and State Street in East St. Louis, in which a gray 2011 HHR Chevrolet of Jaranecia Edwards, was damaged as a result of that accident.

Julius R. Bolden, 27, of Jennings, Mo., arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, no driver’s license, resisting, obstructing or disarming the police, two traffic violations and warrant arrest by Cahokia police.
Elijah B. Muldrow, 26, of Springfield, domestic battery by Fairview Heights police.
Omari R. Muhammad, 29, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of burglary by Belleville police.
Timothy N. Johnson, 34, of Farmington, Mo., arrested on suspicion of theft over $300 by Belleville police.

TUESDAY, JULY 7
Joseph C. Toliver, 30, of Edwardsville, aggravated battery by Caseyville police.
Daland D. Wade, 45, of Washington Park, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
Aaron L. Lee, 31, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and warrant arrest by Sauget police.
