ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

WEDNESDAY, JULY 8

Cobey Howard, 17, of 520 N. 24th St., East ST. Louis, arrested on suspicion of armed robbery with a firearm on or about June 11 by East St. Louis police. Howard allegedly, while armed with a dangerous weapon, a firearm, knowingly took property, being an iPhone 6 Plus from the person of a male minor, initials K.L., date of birth, March 31, 1999, by threatening the imminent use of force.

Timothy S. Kempf, 44, of 1825 Duncan Ave., Swansea, arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine on or about July 6 by St. Clair County sheriff. Kempf allegedly, possessed less than 5 grams of methamphetamine, a controlled substance.

TUESDAY, JULY 7

Richard A. Lopez, 23, of O’Fallon, arrested on suspicion of theft over $300 by Fairview Heights police.

Joshua R. Skiles, 22, of Steelville, Mo., warrant arrest by O’Fallon police.

Lawanda E. Hollingsworth, 51, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance by St. Clair County sheriff.

Ashly A. Gross, 28, of Shiloh, warrant arrest by Mascoutah police.

Seth L. Creasy, 21, of O’Fallon, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by Cahokia police.

Demyles D. James, 27, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Rikita L. Robinson-Jones, 40, of Florissant, Mo., warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.

Harlan I. Gray, 42, of Trenton, Maine, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to land by St. Clair County sheriff.

Jessie E. Wilson, 52, of Swansea, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to land by St. Clair County sheriff.

Derrick D. Crogier, 31, of Belleville, warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Jermaine L. Ross, 44, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence by St. Clair County sheriff.

Patrick D. Leroy, 48, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery by St. Clair County sheriff.

David A. Hardy, 23, of Cahokia, warrant arrest by Dupo police.

Elgin Ralleigh, 55, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Shaen J. Lake, 36, of East Carondelet, arrested on suspicion of two counts of probation violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Christopher W. Kirtlink, 54, of Swansea, arrested on suspicion of possession of drug equipment, two driving under the influence, no driver’s license and traffic violation.
