10:25 a.m. Theft of lost or mislaid property – Save-A-Lot, 4515 W. Main St.

10:09 a.m. Burglary – 1300 block of Union Avenue.

10:22 a.m. Burglary from a motor vehicle – 1700 block of North Charles Street.

9:43 a.m. Theft over $500 – 9500 block of West Main Street.

10:04 a.m. Deceptive practices – 8200 block of Old St. Louis Road.

11:09 a.m. Hit and run – 1400 block of West Main Street.

12:19 p.m. Improper supervision of a child – South 32nd Street at Roland Avenue.

1:51 p.m. Hit and run – Belleville Park Plaza.

11:18 a.m. Housing complaint – 800 block of South Belt West.

3:05 p.m. Lost property – 300 block of North 45th Street.

2:43 p.m. Criminal damage to state supported property – Elmwood Drive.

5:10 p.m. Harassment – 500 block of North 40th Street.

5:09 p.m. Traffic accident report – North Illinois Street at West F Street.

5:25 p.m. Counterfeit bills – Jack in the Box, 500 S. Illinois St.

6:26 p.m. Burglary – 400 block of South Pennsylvania Avenue.

7:05 p.m. Theft $500 and under – 700 block of North 17th Street.

7:41 p.m. Burglary – 100 block of North 60th Street.

8:16 p.m. Criminal damage to property – 2600 block of Carlyle Avenue.

8:36 p.m. Residential burglary – First block of Hi-Pointe Drive.

10:04 p.m. Domestic battery – 4100 block of North Belt West.

10:30 p.m. Child custody dispute – 9500 block of West Main Street.

11:35 p.m. Missing person, adult male – 200 block of North 44th Street.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

THURSDAY, JULY 16

Christopher A. Bell, 25, of 2739 N. 40th St., Fairmount, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to government property on or about July 13 by East St. Louis police. Bell allegedly, damaged, without the consent of the East St. Louis Police Department, the driver’s side rear window of a patrol car, which was located near 9th Street and Exchange Avenue in East St. Louis, which property is supported with state and local funds, and said damage was not in excess of $500.

Leon C. White Jr., 21, of 307 St. Meadow Drive, Apt. 6, Troy, arrested on suspicion of aggravated fleeing and attempting to elude a police officer on or about July 12 by Illinois State Police. White allegedly, while operating a motor vehicle, a red 2011 Dodge Caravan, was given a visual sign by a police officer, John Renner, who was in police uniform and driving a vehicle which displayed illuminated, oscillating, rotating or flashing red or blue lights which when used in conjunction with an audible horn or siren would indicate the vehicle to be an official police vehicle, directing the said defendant to bring said vehicle to a stop, willfully fled or attempted to elude the police officer and that when willfully fleeing or attempting to elude the police officer, the defendant traveled at a rate of speed 21 mph over the legal speed limit.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY SHERIFF

THURSDAY, JULY 16

Jamyla N. Artis, 22, of East St. Louis, multiple warrant arrest by O’Fallon police.

Roy King Jr., 43, of Houston, Texas, arrested on suspicion of manufacturing methamphetamine by St. Clair County sheriff.

Catherine R. McLaughlin, 36, of Belleville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Juanita L. Relford, 55, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of assault by East St. Louis police.

Sterling D. Gould, 37, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of robbery by Belleville police.

Latoya S. Bean, 30, of Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault by Fairview Heights police.

Tyler J. McDaniel, 25, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of probation violation and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Rod J. Jones, 32, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by Centreville police.

Shawn L. Steele, 23, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of robbery by Cahokia police.

Anthony M. Vaughn, 29, of Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of robbery by Cahokia police.

Joseph D. Kizart, 20, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Michael E. Sinks, 31, of Collinsville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Tosha R. Swift, 37, of Millstadt, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Dionta T. Mosley, 23, of Centreville, warrant arrest by Washington Park police.

Deon L. Sanders, 19, of Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault and criminal trespass to land by Washington Park police.
