11:34 a.m. Burglary from a motor vehicle – 3400 block of West A Street.

11:59 a.m. Disturbance – 1600 block of Shadow Ridge Court.

11:42 a.m. Person down, sick or injured – North Douglas Avenue at North Illinois Street.

5:14 p.m. Burglary from a motor vehicle – 100 block of North Indiana Avenue.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

FRIDAY, JULY 17

Bryant A. Simon, 25, of 109 Bountiful Drive, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of theft from between April 8 and May 28 by Fairview Heights police. Simon allegedly, took property, being U.S. currency through repeated use of a debit card belonging to Brian W. Taylor, total value in excess of $500, said offenses constituting a series of acts performed at different times in furtherance of a single intention and design.

Desi D. Moore, 20, of 2704 Belleview Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on or about July 16 by Centreville police. Moore allegedly, carried about his person a .22 caliber handgun at a time when he was not on his own land or in how own abode or fixed place of business, and said defendant had not been issued a current valid FOID Card; said defendant was engaged in a misdemeanor violation of the Cannabis Control Act.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY SHERIFF

SATURDAY, JULY 18

Shane F. Hassard, 35, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of battery by St. Clair County sheriff.

Kyle E. Schardan, 23, of Collinsville, warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Edward Smith, 44, of Cottage Hills, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence by St. Clair County sheriff.

Joshua D. Steele, 25, of Maryville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Aaron B. McCartney, 24, of Collinsville, warrant arrest by Collinsville police.

Taylor R. Collier, 23, of Breese, arrested on suspicion of ordinance violation, driving under the influence, no registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle by St. Clair County sheriff.

Jose C. Melgarejo-Flores, 31, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of two counts of driving under the influence, illegal transportation, operating uninsured motor vehicle, no driver’s license and traffic violation by Illinois State Police.

Christopher A. Moseley, 28, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of two counts of driving under the influence, no driver’s license, fleeing or attempted to elude the police, four traffic violations and traffic accidents by Illinois State Police.

Randy K. Hutchinson, 61, of Lebanon, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, illegal transportation, operating uninsured motor vehicle and traffic violation by Fairview Heights police.

Derek L. Humphries, 57, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of battery and warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Antonio M. Patton, 21, of Minneapolis, Minn., arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of weapon, probation violation and warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Carlos M. Bolden, 52, of Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of two counts of driving under the influence by East St. Louis police.

Desi D. Moore, 20, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon by Centreville police.

Frederick L. Harris, 41, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of reckless conduct and suspended or revoked driver’s license and two traffic violations by East St. Louis police.

Katherine A. Brinkley, 26, of Waterloo, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery, possession of a controlled substance, reckless driving, no driver’s license, fleeing or attempting to elude the police and four traffic violations by Belleville police.

Elvira D. Williams, 36, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Marcellus R. Lawrence, 26, of St. Louis, multiple warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.
