ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
TUESDAY, JULY 21
Katherine A. Brinkley, 26, of 7 Daredenelle Drive Belleville, arrested on suspicion of three counts of aggravated battery on or about July 15 by Belleville police. Brinkley allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly made physical contact with Leroy A. Ginther, a person over the age of 60 years, in that she put her hands around his neck; slapped him; struck his face.
Antonio M. Patton, 21, of 2310 Irving Ave., Minneapolis, Minn., arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon on or about July 17 by Belleville police. Patton allegedly, possessed a pistol on his person. Defendant had been previously convicted of burglary, a forcible felony on Jan. 7, 2013.
Anthony D. Bradley, 26, of 2113 Louise, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a weapon on or about July 18 by Fairview Heights police. Bradley allegedly, a person convicted of a felony, knowingly possessed on or about his person a purple and black Ruger LC9 handgun. Defendant had been previously convicted of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon on Jan. 13, 2014; and second degree murder on March 15, 2007 and at a time when the defendant was on parole.
Cameron T. Nance, 22, of 2620 Eastview Drive, Apt. B, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of theft and retail theft on or about July 17 by Fairview Heights police. Nance allegedly, took property from JC Penney, being various clothing, total value not in excess of $500 and $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of burglary on Jan. 15, 2013.
