The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

FRIDAY, DEC. 18

  • Regina L. Steward, 39, of 5429 Kinder St., Fairmont City, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, susequent on or abour Dec. 8 by Caseyville police. Steward allegedly, took merchandise from Dollar General, 725 S. Main St., Caseyville, being shampoo and hair product, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of retail theft on Nov. 18, 2010.
  • Elijah J. Hagans, 23, of 2245 Spoonwood Lane, Florissant, Mo., arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on or about Nov. 26 by Swansea police. Hagans allegedly, carried on his person a .40 caliber Smith and Wesson at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, and said defendant was engaged in a misdemeanor violation of the cannabis control act.
  • David W. Korte, 54, of 410 North Belt East, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of sexual exploitation of a child on or about Dec. 7 th Belleville police. Korte allegedly, in the presence of a female minor with initials T.F., date of birth, Feb. 18, 1999, knowingly commited sexual exploitation of a child. Defendant had been previously convicted of sexual exploitation of a child on July 19, 1999.
  • Karl Archibald, 4243 Bassen Drive, Swansea, arrested on suspicion of two counts of burglary on or about Dec. 16 by Fairview Heights police. Archibald allegedly, entered into a motor vehicle, a black 2014 Honda Civic, of Terence Reid, located at Winchester Place Apartments parking lot, in Fairview, with the intent to commit theft therein; knowingly entered into a motor vehicle, a gold 2001 Honda Civic, of Sandra Jackson, located at Winchester Place Apartments parking lot, Fairview Heights, with the intent to commit theft therein.
  • Zackery L. Graham, 24, of 17 N. Michigan Ave., Apt. 5, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon on or about Dec. 16, by East St. Louis police. Graham allegedly, possessed about his person a .22 caliber handgun. Defendant had been previously convicted of burglary on Jan. 13, 2009.
  • Jeremy T. Bradley, 20, of 2113 Louise Ave., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated battery and two counts of domestic battery on or about Dec. 17 by Cahokia police. Bradley allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly made physical contact with Jasmine Bradley, a pregnant person, in that he struck her on her stomach; he threw a trash can striking her.

TUESDAY, DEC. 22

  • Paris K. Starks, 36, of 7301 Church Lane, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful restraint and three counts of domestic battery on or about Dec. 16 by East St. Louis police. Starks allegedly, detained Nickolette Hall in that he prevented her from exiting a bedroom; knowingly made physical contact with Nickolette Hall, a family/household member, in tha he pushed her; knowingly made physical contact with Diara Simmons, a family/household member, in that he grabbed her by her neck and pushed her; knowingly made physical contact with a female minor, initials L.S., a family/household member, in that he took her cellular phone from her.
  • Ashley N. Farkosh, 28, of 101 N. Oak St., 17, O’Fallon, arrested on suspicion of drug induced homicide, unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and unlawful possession iwht intent to deliver a controlled substance on or about Dec. 23 and 26 by Fairview Heights police. Farkosh allegedly, knowingly delivered fentanyl, a controlled substance, to Jessica Martin and Jessica Martin thereafter ingested a portion of that fentanyl into her body and said ingestion of fentanyl caused the death of Jessica Martin; knowingly delivered to Jessica Martin less than one gram of a substance containing fentanyl; unlawfully possessed with the intent to deliver less than one gram of a substance containing cocaine.
  • Terrance T. Watson, 35, of 101 N. Oak St., 17, O’FAllon, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance on or about Dec. 26 by Fairview Heights police. Watson allegedly, possessed with the intent to deliver less than one gram of a substance containing cocaine.
  • Jerel D. Heard, 30, of 369 S. 37th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery on or about Dec. 19 by Washington Park police. Heard allegedly, in committing a domestic battery, strangled Cierra McKinney, a family/household member, in that said defendant intentionally impeded the normal breathing or circulation of blood of Cierra McKinney by using his hands to apply pressure to the throat and neck of Cierra McKinney; knowingly caused bodily harm to Cierra McKinney, a family/household member, in that he struck her about the face and forehead.
  • Tony Hampton, 25, of 908 Canaan, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of first degree murder and unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon on or about Dec. 12 by Illinois State Police. Hampton allegedly, without justification and with the intent to kill or do bodily harm to Salahudin Malik Robbins, knowing shot Robbins about the body multiple times with a gun, thereby causing the death of Robbins; a person who has been convicted of a felony, possessed on or about his person a .380 caliber handgun. The defendant had been previously convicted of unlawful possession of a stolen motor vehicle on June 8, 2011.
  • James Johnson, 618 N. 83rd St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon on or about Dec. 19 by East St. Louis police. Johnson allegedly, a person who has been convicted of a felony, possessed about his person a 7.62 caliber SK8-style semi-automatic rifle. Defendant had been previously convicted of aggravated fleeing and attempting to elude the police on Nov. 14, 2012.
