The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

WEDNESDAY, DEC. 23

  • Justin A. Cox, 25, of 509 N. 4th St., Dupo, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on or about Dec. 22 by St. Clair County sheriff. Cox allegedly, entered into the dwelling place of initials A.C., located in the 6000 block of State Route 159, New Athens, with the intent to commit theft therein.

MONDAY, DEC. 28

  • Thomas A. Stocker, 22, of 7112 State St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery with a firearm on or about Aug. 7 by Cahokia police. Stocker allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly and by means of discharging a firearm caused an injury to Emanuel Ratliff in that said defendant shot Ratliff in the leg with a handgun.
  • Alfredo M. McGee, 33, of 4901 W. Washington St., Apt. 209, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of domestic battery, subsequent on or about Dec. 23 by Belleville police. McGee allegedly, made physical contact with Chanel McGee, a family/household member, in that he struck Chanel McGee about the body; grabbed her around the neck. Defendant had previously been convicted of domestic battery on May 10, 2002.
  • Terrance L. Punches, 30, of 617 Mascoutah Ave., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary, criminal trespass and criminal damage to property on or about Dec. 24 by Belleville police. Punches allegedly, entered into the dwelling place with initials of D.W. located in the 200 block of Freedom Drive, Belleville, with the intent to commit theft therein; entered and remained within the residence of initials of D.W. located in the 200 block of Freedom Drive, Belleville, at a time when said defendant knew/had reason to know that one or more persons were present in that residence; knowingly damaged property with initials of D.W., that being the front door of his residence, located in the 200 block of Freedom Drive, Belleville, said damage in excess/not in excess of $300.
  • Kevin C. Maloney, 26, of 18 N. 78th St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine, driving on revoked or suspended driver’s license and obstructing identification on or about Dec. 25 and Dec. 26 by Fairview Heights police. Maloney allegedly, knowingly possessed less than 5 grams of methamphetamine; drove a blue Dodge Ram on North Illinois Street on Dec. 25 in Fairview Heights, at a time when defendant’s driver’s license was suspended/revoked; knowingly furnished a false name to Ptln Strickland, a peace officer for the city of Fairview Heights, who had lawfully detained said defendant. Defendant had been previously convicted of driving while license is suspended/revoked on Aug. 14, 2014.
  • Timothy G. Thomas, 45, of 718 St. Martin St., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about Dec. 24 by Belleville police. Thomas allegedly, took merchandise from Schnuck’s, Cahokia, being ribeye beef, king crab legs, a deli pretzel sandwich, soda, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of theft on Feb. 9.
  • Arron L. Ware, 32, of 435 N. 26th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to government property on or about Dec. 25 by Belleville police. Ware allegedly, damaged, without the consent of the Belleville Police Department,s quad car #13 of the Belleville Police Department and temporary cell #2, located at 101 S. Illinois St., Belleville, which property is supported by the state of Illinois with government funds, said damage in excess of $500.
  • Robyn J. Mueth, 47, of 208 S. Cherry St., Freeburg, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery on or about Dec. 24 by Freeburg police. Mueth allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly made physical contact with Joyce Schaefer, a person over the age of 60 years, in that she grabbed Joyce Schaefer about the body.
  • Robert D. Sickage, 46, of 1351 N. 2nd St., Swansea, arrested on suspicion of driving on a revoked driver’s license, subsequent on or about Dec. 21 by Dupo police. Sickage allegedly, drove a 1994 Chevrolet Truck on Dec. 24 i Dupo, at a time when defendant’s driver’s license was suspended/revoked. Defendant had been previously convicted of driving while license is suspended/revoked on Aug. 7, 2009.
  • Stacey L. Goodlow, 38, of 1801 E. B St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery with a firearm on or about Dec. 25 by Centreville police. Goodlow allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly and by means of discharging a firearm caused an injury to Samuel Brown in that said defendant shot Samuel Brown in the leg with a handgun.
  • Brandy L. Singh, 34, of 4033 Kathy Drive, Apt. 1, Pontoon Beach, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or about Dec. 26 by O’Fallon police. Singh allegedly, took merchandise from Walmart, 1530 W. Highway 50, O’Fallon, being rugs, jackets, boots and other merchandise, total retail value not in excess of $300.
