The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

WEDNESDAY, FEB. 10

  • Conselo Coleman, 41, of 1739 Ohio Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or about Jan. 21 by O’Fallon police. Coleman allegedly, took merchandise from Wal-Mart, 1530 W. Highway 50, O’Fallon, being infant formula and a comforter set, total retail value in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of burglary on Sept. 3, 1998.
  • Courtney D. Morrison, 32, of 2523 Eastview Drive, Apt. A, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and unlawful possession of cannabis on or about Mary 14, 2015 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Morrison allegedly, possessed with the intent to deliver on gram or more but less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine; possessed more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis.
  • Jessica A. Pallardy, 34, of 148 Ridgemoore, Glen Carbon, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine on or about May 11, 2015 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Pallardy allegedly, had in her possession less than 5 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine.
  • Alexandria Clegg, 30, of 2627 Lauren Lake Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about March 11, 2015 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Clegg allegedly, had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.
  • Quinne Davis, 19, of 628 Royal Heights Road, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of cannabis on or about July 18, 2014 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Davis allegedly, had in his possession more than 500 grams but less than 2,000 grams of a substance containing cannabis.
  • Alicia M. Flanagan, 26, of 4000 Betty Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Jan. 14, 2015 by Fairview Heights police. Flanagan allegedly, had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing alprazolam; had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.
  • Nathan Jackson, 34, of 107 S. Walnut, Trenton, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Sept. 20, 2015 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Jackson allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.
  • Calvin L. Johnson, 20, of 908 Margo St., Ferguson, Mo., arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated battery on or about Feb. 9 by Washington Park police. Johnson allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly made physical contact with Keyoucha Walker, a pregnant person, in that he pushed Keyoucha Walker; grabbed Keyoucha Walker by her neck.

THRUSDAY, FEB. 11

  • Charles A. Carroll, 45, of 747 South Belt West, 37, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a debit card from between Jan. 27 and Feb. 1 by Belleville police. Carroll allegedly, with the intent to defraud the issuer, First Community Credit Union, used a debit card, which was without the card holder’s consent for the purpose of obtaining goods, being U.S. currency, total retail value in excess of $300.
  • Kimberly J. Carroll, 39, of 747 South Belt West, 37, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a debit card from between Jan. 27 and Feb. 1 by Belleville police.   • Jacob D. Willyard, 19, of 3420 Blair Ave., Apt. 2, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on or about May 4 by St. Clair County sheriff. Willyard allegedly, entered into the dwelling place of R.A., located in the 1100 block of Pisa Drive, Caseyville, with the intent to commit theft therein.
  • Kevin M. McAfee Jr., 26, of 537 N. 24th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on or about Oct. 14, 2015 by East St. Louis police. McAfee allegedly, carried on his person a .39 Hi-Point handgun at a time when eh was not on his own land or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, and said defendant was engaged in a misdemeanor violation.
  • Renard L. Spiller, 25, of 8722 Parkdale Drive, Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of possession of stolen firearm and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on or about Jan. 29 by East St. Louis police. Spiller allegedly, possessed a firearm, a .45 Hi-Point handgun with knowledge that it had been stolen and without being entitled to possess that firearm; carried on his person a .45 Hi-Point handgun at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, and the said defendant was engaged in a misdemeanor violation.
  • Michael A. Evans, 41, of 1831 Russell, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about Oct. 3, 2014 by Fairview Heights police. Evans allegedly, took merchandise from Sears, 235 St. Clair Square, Fairview Heights, being a watch, pair of shoes and sunglasses, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of theft/stealing on July 16, 2013.
