The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

THURSDAY, FEB. 18

  • Lequanda McGee, 22, of 4907 Converse Ave., Alorton, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a stolen motor vehicle on or about Feb. 17 by Sauget police. McGee allegedly, a person not entitled to possession of said vehicle, possessed a white 1993 Chevrolet box truck, of Inter Corp., knowing it to have been stolen.
  • Jacob Edsall, 21, of 1135 Hollywood Heights, Caseyville, arrested on suspicionof unlawful possession of cannabis on or about Feb. 17 by East St. Louis police. Edsall allegedly, had in his possession more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis.
  • Anthony Q. Parks Jr., 30, of 1450 N. 45th Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of two counts of unlawful possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and unlawful possession of cannabis, subsequent on or about Feb. 16 th East St. Louis police. Parks allegedly, possessed with the intent to deliver 15 or more pills but less than 200 pills of a substance containing 3,4-methylenedioxynethamphetamine; possessed with the intent to deliver one gram or more but less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine; knowingly and unlawfully had in his possession more than 10 grams but less than 30 grams of a substance containing cannabis. Defendant had been previously convicted of unlawful possession of cannabis on June 27, 2007.
  • Renard L. Spiller, 25, of 8722 Parkdale Drive, Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of cannabis on or about Feb. 17 by East St. Louis police. Spiller allegedly, had in his possession more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis.
  • Darrell T. Jackson, 20, of 2606 Renshaw Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on or about Feb. 6 by East St. Louis police. Jackson allegedly, carried in a vehicle a .38 Cobra handgun at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, and the said defendant was engaged in a misdemeanor violation of the cannabis act.
  • Donishea L. Richardson, 36, of 8554 Terra Cotta Place, O’Fallon, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery, two counts of domestic battery and aggravated assault on or about Feb. 17 by O’Fallon police. Richardson allegedly, in committing a battery, and by the use of a deadly weapon, a baseball bat, knowingly caused bodily harm to Roger Richardson, in that she struck Roger Richardson on the head with said baseball bat; knowingly made physical contact with Roger Richardson, a family/household member, in that said defendant backhanded slapped Roger Richardson on his face; threw an object at Roger Richardson striking him on his face; used a deadly weapon, in that she knowingly pointed a .380 semi-automatic pistol at Roger Richardson, thereby placing him in reasonable apprehension of receiving a battery.
  • Mark E. Elliot, 56, of 1750 Roosevelt Ave., Lot 20, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of criminal sexual abuse on or about Feb. 12 by St. Clair County sheriff. Elliot allegedly, committed an act of criminal sexual abuse with S.B., date of birth, Sept. 29, 1988. Defendant had been previously convicted of predatory criminal sexual assault on May 22, 2000.
  • Orlando D. Lofton, 45, of 23 Kinney Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence and driving on suspended license on or about Feb. 18 by Fairview Heights police. Lofton allegedly, drove a tan 2002 Buick on Lincoln Highway in Fairview Heights, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant’s driving privileges were suspended.
  • Reginald B. Brimmage, 48, of 405 Mary, Madison, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence and driving while driver’s license is suspended on or about Feb. 17 by Fairview Heights police. Brimmage allegedly, drove a black 1992 Dodge Dynasty on St. Clair Avenue in Fairview Heights, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant’s driving privileges were suspended.

MONDAY, FEB. 22

  • Anthony B. Hibbler, 20, of 1912 Harvest Ave., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated battery and mob action on or about Feb. 14 by East St. Louis police. Hibbler allegedly, in committing a battery, caused bodily harm to James Foley, in he struck him about the face and caused a facial fracture; knowingly caused bodily harm to James Foley, in that he struck James Foley about the face; knowingly, by the use of force and violence, disturbed the public peace in the he, while acting together and without authority of law, struck James Foley about the face, thereby inflicting injury to James Foley.
  • Cornelius A. Wallace, 24, of 9412 W. Main St., Apt. 7, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated battery and mob action on or about Feb. 14 by East St. Louis police. Wallace allegedly, in committing a battery, caused bodily harm to James Foley, in he struck him about the face and caused a facial fracture; knowingly caused bodily harm to James Foley, in that he struck James Foley about the face; knowingly, by the use of force and violence, disturbed the public peace in the he, while acting together and without authority of law, struck James Foley about the face, thereby inflicting injury to James Foley.
  • Aaron B. Steed, 33, of 4608 Wessel Lane, Millstadt, arrested on suspicion of three counts of unauthorized video on or about Dec. 22, 2015, Dec. 29, 2015 and between Jan. 30 and May 30, 2015 by Belleville police. Steed allegedly made a video record of R.T. in a bathroom of the residence of R.T. without the consent of R.T.
