ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
FRIDAY, MARCH 4
- Michael P. Sullivan, 33, of 202 W. Adams St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine manufacturing materials, unlawful disposal of methamphetamine manufacturing waste and unlawful possession of methamphetamine on or about March 2 by St. Clair County sheriff. Sullivan allegedly, knowingly had in his possession methamphetamine manufacturing material, being ammonium nitrate, lithium batteries, coffee filters, with the intent that the ammonium nitrate, lithium batteries, coffee filters, be used to manufacture methamphetamine; knowing that the waste was used in the manufacture of methamphetamine, knowingly burned methamphetamine manufacturing waste in a burn barrel behind the residence located at 202 W. Adams St., Belleville; had in his possession less than 5 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine.
- Ashley M. Worley, 32, of 202 W. Adams St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine manufacturing materials, permitting the unlawful use of property and unlawful possession of methamphetamine on or about March 2 by St. Clair County sheriff. Worley allegedly, had in her possession methamphetamine manufacturing materials, being ammonium nitrate, lithium batteries, coffee filters with the intent that the ammonium nitrate, lithium batteries, coffee filters, be used to manufacture methamphetamine; knowingly allowd the use of a structure, being a residence located at 202 W. Adams St., Belleville, which was within the defendant’s control, to help bring about a violation of the Methamphetamine Control and Community Protection Act, being the manufacture and possession of methamphetamine; knowingly had in her possession less than 5 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine.
- Briana R. Rollon, 24, of 1817 Carriage House Circle, Arlington, Texas, arrested on suspicion of child abduction on or about Feb. 24 by Fairview Heights police. Rollon allegedly, intentionally violated the terms of a valid court order in St. Clair County, granting joint custody to Tramon McShan by removing a male child with initials J.R. from the jurisdiction of the court.
- Tinisha A. Johnson, 32, of 1113 St. Michael Drive, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of theft on or about July 8, 2015 by O’Fallon police. Johnson allegedly, took property of Wal-Mart, 1530 W. Highway 50, O’Fallon, being U.S. currency, total value in excess of $500.
- Johnny L. Burns Jr., 41, of 3252 Ohio Ave., FL2, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of deceptive practice on or about March 2 by O’Fallon police. Burns allegedly, with the intent to defraud and the intent to obtain control over property of Menards, 1179 Central Park, O’Fallon, being Menards merchandise, knowingly delivered a certain bank check to Menards, dated March 2, drawn on the US Bank, payable to Menards in the amount of $401.11 and signed as drawer Johnny Burns, knowing said check would not be paid by the depository.
- Rashon O. Estes, 19, of 1415 Central Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of stolen motor vehicle and obstructing a police officer on or about March 2 by Fairview Heights police. Estes allegedly, a person not entitled to possession of said vehicle, possessed a blue 1989 Chevrolet pickup knowing it to have been stolen; knowingly obstructed the performance of Zachary Adrian of an authorized act within his official capacity, being the arrest of Rashon Estes, knowing Zachary Adrian to be a peace officer engaged in the execution of his official duties, in that he refused to stop running and get on the ground after being ordered to do so by Zachary Adrian.
- Victoria S. Thompson, 22, of 2853 Norwood Ave., St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about Aug. 19, 2015 by Fairview Heights police. Thompson allegedly, took merchandise from Sports Authority, 65275 N. Illinois St., Fairview Heights, being items of clothing, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of forgery on July 20, 2015.
MONDAY, MARCH 7
- Ira D. Berry, 21, of 4040 Vesci Ave., Granite City, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon on or about March 4 by Fairview Heights police. Berry allegedly, a person who has been convicted of a felony, knowingly possessed about his person a Hi-Point .40 caliber pistol. Defendant had been previously convicted of aggravated robbery on June 22, 2012.
- Darius J. Ford, 28, of 5784 Brett Michael Lane, Apt. 4, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft from between Dec. 21, 2015 and March 4 by Fairview Heights police. Ford allegedly, an employee of J.C. Penney, 245 St. Clair Square, Fairview, knowingly under-rang certain merchandise, ring various clothing items, in that he caused the cash register to reflect an amount lower than the retail value of such merchandise, which exceeded $300, said offenses constituting a series of acts performed at different times in furtherance of a single intention and design.
