The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

TUESDAY, MARCH 15

  • Dean Brewer, 20, of 1919 Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of cannabis sativa plants on or about July 26 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Brewer allegedly, possessed more than f but less than 20 cannabis sativa plants in the residence located at 1919 Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia.
  • Daniel J. Curran, 26, of 105 Shiloh Heights Drive, Shiloh, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Nov. 18, 2015 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Curran allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 16

  • Tommie L. Pirtle, 17, of 450 N. 6th St., 10C, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of first degree murder on or about March 9 by Illinois State Police. Pirtle allegedly, without lawful justification and with the intent to kill or do great bodily harm to Deangelo Oliver, shot Deangelo Oliver about the body with a firearm, thereby causing the deth of Deangelo Oliver.
  • Jena D. Williams, 41, of 221 Americana Circle, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a credit card and identity theft on or about Nov. 10, 2014 by Belleville police. Williams allegedly, with the intent to defraud the issuer, Capital One, used a Capital One Visa credit card, for the purpose of obtaining goods and services, total value in excess of $300; knowingly used personal identification information of Arthur Engelage, being his name, date of birth and social security number, to fraudulently obtain a credit card from Capital One.
  • Khairi T. Hayes, 18, of 1703 Hampton Court, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of burglary on or about March 14 by Swansea police. Hayes allegedly, entered into a motor vehicle, a red 2013 Nissan, of Shaun Zarki, located at 3739 Round Hill Road, Swansea, with the intent to commit theft therein.
  • Lonnie L. Crumpton, 38, of 1000 Royal Heights Road, 35, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to government supported property on or about March 14 by Belleville police. Crumpton allegedly damaged, without the consent of the Belleville Police Department, the heater located within the holding cell in which Lonnie Crumpton was in, located at 101 S. Illinois St., which property is supported by the government with state funds.
  • Lynette K. Winkeler, 27, of 503 E. Mississippi, Sandoval, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine on or about Dec. 5, 2015 by Fairview Heights police. Winkeler allegedly, had in her possession less than 5 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine.
  • Maxx J. Reich, 19, of 2913 Old Caseyville Road, Swansea, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with the intent to delivery cannabis and unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Dec. 3, 2015 by Fairview Heights police. Reich allegedly, possessed with the intent to deliver more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis; had in his possession less than 30 grams of a substance containing ketamine.
  • Anthony J. Leflore, 31, of 8 Tietje Drive, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery, aggravated assault and resisting a police officer on or about March 14 by Fairview Heights police. Leflore allegedly, in committing a battery, knowing made physical contact with David Kitley, in that he struck David Kitley on the arm with his hand knowing David Kitley to be a peace officer, engaged in the performance of his authorized duties; in committing an assault, while using a Category I weapon, a handgun, knowingly confronted John Sambo in a threatening manner, while armed with a handgun, thereby placing John Sambo in reasonable apprehension of receiving a battery, knowing John Sambo to be a private security officer, engaged in the performance of his authorized duties; knowingly resisted the performance of David Kitley of an authorized act within his official capacity, being the arrest of Anthony Leflore, knowing David Kitley to be a peace officer engaged in the execution of his official duties, in that he refused to be handcuffed, and the actions of the defendant were the proximate cause of the injury to David Kitley.
  • Darian R. Halliday, 37, of 1604 Central Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Dec. 4, 2015 by Fairview Heights police. Halliday allegedly, had in his possession a substance containing buprenorphine.
  • Terrez D. Allen-McRath, 22, of 4309 N. Park Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon on or about March 14 by East St. Louis police. Allen-McRath allegedly, a person who has been convicted of a felony, knowingly possessed on his person, a .38 caliber handgun, and the person had been previously convicted of aggravated battery with a firearm on Dec. 5, 2011.
  • Alisha E. Johnson, 25, of 430 Jerome Lane, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to property by Cahokia police. Johnson allegedly, damaged property of Leroy Millsap, being 2 motor vehicles, a Chevrolet Silverado and a Chevrolet Impals, located at 807 Champlain Drive, without Leroy Millsap’s consent, said damage in excess of $300.
  • Dennis M. Fults Jr., 39, of 2600 Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of driving while driver’s license is revoked, subsequent and leaving the scene of an accident on or about Aug. 2, 2014 by Belleville police. Fults allegedly drove a silver 2003 Cadillac CTS on Illinois 15 in Belleville, at a time when defendant’s license was revoked; knowingly left the scene of an accident involving the vehicle he was driving, a silver 2003 Cadillac CTS, after that vehicle was involved in an accident on Illinois Route 15 in Belleville in which Dessie White’s 2013 Nissan Altima was damaged as a result of that accident. Defendant had been previously convicted of riving while license is suspended on May 7, 2008.
  • Khairi T. Hayes, 18, of 1703 Hampton Court, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of three counts of burglary on or about March 14 by St. Clair County sheriff. Hayes allegedly, entered into a motor vehicle, a white 2010 Pontiac G6 of Lindsi Garritson, loated at 11 Carlyle Ave., with the intent to commit theft therein; entered into a motor vehicle, a burgandy 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix of Edward White, located at 24 Carlyle Ave., with the intent to commit theft therein; entered into a motor vehicle, a black 2014 Honda, of Jazmin Beale, located at 151 Carlyle Ave., with the intent to commit theft therein.
