The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

THURSDAY, MARCH 17

  • Ryan E. Eads, 25, of 685 Old Caseyville Road, Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery, subsequent on or about March 14 by St. Clair County sheriff. Eads allegedly, made contact with Catherine Godfrey, a family/household member, in that said defendant struck her on the nose with her fist. Defendant had previously been convicted of aggravated domestic battery on May 29, 2012.
  • Keith W. Branson, 35, of 410 N. 31st St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery on or about Feb. 16 by St. Clair County sheriff. Branson allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly made contact with Christopher Hoernis, in that he bit Christopher Hoernis on the hand with his mouth and punched Christopher Hoernis in the leg with his hand knowing Christopher Hoernis to be a peace officer engaged in the performance of his authorized duties.
  • Krista M. Hill, 27, of 2015 Webster Court, Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about March 16 by Caseyville police. Hill allegedly, had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.
  • Casey L. Stowers, 45, 3821 Grand Ave., Alorton, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about March 16 by O’Fallon police. Stowers allegedly, took merchandise from Walmart, 1530 W. Highway 50, O’Fallon, being deodorant, underwear and body spray, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of theft on Dec. 2. 2005.
  • Lentoli L. Traylor, 21, of 21 W. Adams Drive, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of possession of stolen firearm and aggravated unlawful use of a firearm on or about March 5 by East St. Louis police. Traylor allegedly, possessed a firearm, a Ruger model P-85 9mm handgun, with knowledge that it had been stolen and without being entitled to possess that firearm; knowingly carried on his person a Ruger model P-85 9mm handgun at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, and said defendant had not been issued a current, valid FOID Card.
  • Clarence D. Harris, 20, of 1217 Richard Drive, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of possession of a stolen firearm and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on or about March 5 by East St. Louis police. Harris allegedly, possessed a firearm, a Rugr model P-85 9mm handgun, with knowledge that it had been stolen and without being entitled to possess that firearm; knowingly carried on his person a Ruger Model P-85 9mm handgun at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, and said defendant had not been issued a current, valid FOID Card.
  • Nathan Keifer, 27, of 3931 Keokuk, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine on or about March 16 by East St. Louis police. Keifer allegedly, had in his possession five grams or more but less than 15 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine.
  • Patrick D. Davis, 46, of 705 N. 41st St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence of alcohol on or about Aug. 6, 2015 by Illinois State Police. Davis allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine; drove a green 1998 Honda Accord on State Street in East St. Louis, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol.

FRIDAY, MARCH 18

  • Robert L. Harris, 50, of 2921 Buxton Ave., Granite City, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or about March 12 by Cahokia police. Harris allegedly, took merchandise from Walmart, 1511 Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia, being two Acer brand tower computers, total retail value in excess of $300.
  • Toni L. Chamberlain, 43, of 2133 Lynn St., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of three counts of aggravated battery on or about March 8 by Cahokia police. Chamberlain allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly caused bodily harm to Jeremy T. Bradley, in that he cut Jeremy T. Bradley, in the scrotum and right leg with a knife; while located at Best Stop convenience store, a public place of accommodation, knowingly caused bodily harm to Jeremy T. Bradley, in that he cut him in the scrotum and right leg with a knife; and by the use of a deadly weapon, a knife, knowingly caused bodily harm to Jeremy T. Bradley, in that he cut him in the scrotum and right leg.
  • Royce Singleton, 39, of 387 South East 261, Clinton, Mo., arrested on suspicion of forgery on or about March 15 by Madison Police.
  • Ronald A. Chinn, 53, of 306 Roselawn Ave., Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of driving while driver’s license is revoked, subsequent on or about March 18 by Fairview Heights police. Chinn allegedly, drove a white 2001 Ford truck on Pasadena Blvd., in Fairview Heights, at a time when defendant’s driver’s license was revoked. Defendant has been previously convicted on Dec. 3, 1996.
