The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

FRIDAY, APRIL 1

  • Nicholas A. Fuse, 25, of 140 Shadowbrook Drive, Troy, arrested on suspicion of two counts of burglary on or about March 24 by Caseyville police. Fuse allegedly, entered into a motor vehicle, a silver 2013 Ford Edge, of David Helms, located at 1090 E. O’Fallon Drive, Caseyville, with the intent to commit theft therein; entered into a motor vehicle, a green 2004 Ford Expedition, of David Helms, located at 1090 E. O’Fallon Drive, Caseyville, with the intent to commit theft therein.
  • Adam L. Tuttle, 26, of 606 Kinlock Ave., Apt. A, Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of burglary and leaving the scene involving property damage on or about March 24 by Caseyville police. Tuttle allegedly, entered into a motor vehicle, a silver 2013 Ford Edge, of David Helsm, located at 1090 E. O’Fallon Drive, Caseyville, witht he intent to commit theft therein; entered into a motor vehicle, a green 2004 Ford Expedition, of David Helms, located at 1090 E. O’Fallon Drive, Caseyville, with the intent to commit theft therein; knowingly left the scene of an accident involving the vehicle he was driving, a red 1995 GMC Sonoma, after that vehicle was involved in an accident at East O’Fallon Dirve and South Drive in Caseyville, in which David Helm’s green 2004 Food Expedition was damaged as a result of that accident.
  • Gary S. Sanders, 55, of 63 N. 98th St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful failure to register as a sex offender, subsequent on or about March 29 by Fairview Heights police. Sanders allegedly, a sex offender, knowingly failed to provide correct information regarding his residence address to the Chief of Police of City of Fairview Heights. Defendant had been previously convicted of a violation of the Sex Offender Registration Act, being Unlawful Failure to Notify of a Change of Address as a Sex Offender on Oct. 25, 2005.
  • Tyler Kipping, 26, of 6432 Arbuckle Lane, Marion, arrested on suspicion of retail theft and unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Jan. 13 by Fairview Heights police. Kipping allegedly, took merchandise from Kohl’s, 6109 N. Illinois St., Fairview Heights, being four pairs of Nike brand shoes, a watch, a grooming kit, two wallets and earrings, total retail value in excess of $300; had in his possession a substance containing Buprenorphine.
