St. Clair County Sheriff’s Department SATURDAY, APRIL 9

  • Ryan J. Schneider, 22, of Wood River, arrested on suspicion of two counts of driving under the influence and traffic violation by Illinois State Police.
  • Lou Stevens, 44, of East Carondelet, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by Cahokia police.
  • Tyshawn M. Gamble, 22, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by East St. Louis police.
  • Christopher L. Declue, 21, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by East St. Louis police.
  • Deerick K. Ingram, 24, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.
  • Megan C. McGee, 36, of Cahokia, warrant arrest by Sauget police.
  • Vontrell M. Jefferson, 31, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Cahokia police.

  • Robert W. Averett, 31, of Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by St. Clair County sheriff.

  • Brandon L. Cole, 30, of Washington Park, multiple warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.
  • Pedro J. Orozco, 24, of Fairmont City, arrested on suspicion of all other disorderly conduct by Fairmont City police.
  • Nelson C. Lucas, 22, of Belleville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
  • Scott W. Braswell, 42, of Madison, multiple warrant arrest by Caseyville police.
  • Timothy A. Rowe, 55, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.
  • Tyra Y. Wilson, 35, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Washington Park police.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

FRIDAY, APRIL 8

  • Kyle M. Brooks, 27, of 37 Tudor Ave., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence on or about Feb. 2 by O’Fallon police. Brooks allegedly, had in hispossession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine; drove a black 2011 Toyota Camry on Illinois Route 158 in O’Fallon, while there was a amount of a drug, substance or compound in his breath, blood, or urine resulting from the unlawful use or consumption of cannabis.
  • Hollie M. Norris, 32, of 560 W. 5thSt., Beckemeyer, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or about April 6 by Belleville police. Norris allegedly, took merchandise from Walmart, 2608 Greenmount Commons, Belleville, being bottles of liquor, assorted DVDs, meat and other merchandise, total retail value in excess of $300.
  • Harvey D. Mirgaux Jr., 62, of 25 Edgar, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of voting more than once on or abour March 15 by Illionois State Police. Mirgaux allegedly having voted once, knowingly onthe same election day where the ballot or machine listed any of the same candidates and issues listed on the ballot or machine previously used for voting by that person, accepted a ballot or entered a voting machine (except to legally give assistance pursuant to theprivision of this Code).
  • James D. Oneal, 49, of 304 Circle Road, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of forgery on or about Jan. 6 by Illinois State Police. Oneal allegedly, delivered to the St. Clair County Clerk’s Office, located at 10 Public Square, Belleville, a document apparently capable of defrauding another, knowing it had been made so that it appears to have been made by authority of one who did give such authority in that he, knowing that an original withdrawal of candidacy form of Nathaniel McCloud for Precinct Committeeman, East St. Louis, had been marked “Void”, delivered a copy of the withdrawal of candidacy not marked “Void” of Nathaniel McCloud to the St. Clair County Clerk, without the authority of Nathaniel McCloud.
  • David W. Wilkerson, 25, of 2010 S. Main St., Dupo, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about April 6 by Dupo police. Wilkerson allegedly, had in his possession 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.
  • James C. Jennings, 19, of 2707 West Blvd., 4, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of three counts of residential burglary on or about March 31, April 4, April 6 by St. Clair County sheriff. Jennings allegedly, entered into the dwelling place of Deanna Giddings-Davis, located at 2707 West Boulevard, Belleville, with the intent to commit therein a theft; entered into the dwelling place of Gary Smith, located at 730 Villas Drive, Belleville, with the intent to commit theft therein; entered into the dwelling place of Ronnie Kenly, located at 205 Sunset Drive, Belleville, with the intent to commit theft therein.
  • Derrick D. Jennings, 19, of 2615 West Blvd., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of four counts of residential burglary on or about March 3, March 31, April 4, April 6 by St. Clair County Sheriff. Jennings allegedly, entered into the dwelling place of Bobby Shanklin, located at 1017 Five Forks Drive, with the intent to commit theft therein; entered into the dwelling place of Deanna Giddings-Davis, located at 2707 West Boulevard, Belleville, with the intent to commit theft therein; entered into the dwelling place of Gary Smith, located at 730 Villa, Belleville, with the intent to commit theft therein; entered into the dwelling place of Ronnie Kenly, located at 205 Sunset Drive, Belleville, with the intent to commit theft therein.
  • Casey L. Vance, 29, of 800 Sanca Anne, Tilden, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about April 6 by St. Clair County sheriff. Vance allegedly, had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

MONDAY, APRIL 11

  • Lamondrae D. Garner, 19, of 4749 Piggott Ave., Centreville, arrested on suspicion of murder with intent to kill or injure on or about April 5 by St. Clair County sheriff. Garner allegedly, without lawful justification and with the intent to kill or do great bodily harm to Leroy Short, shot Leroy Short in the torso with a firearm, thereby causing the death of Leroy Short.
  • Michael J. Randazzo, 18, of 40 Bellevue, Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of weapon on or about April 7 by Caseyville police. Randazzo allegedly, knowingly carried a dangerous knife with the intent to use it unlawfully against another, while in the Hollywood Heights School located at 6 S. Oakland, Caseyville.
  • Jason O. Hileman, 35, of 1708 Ferguson Ave., Granite City, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about April 8 by Marissa police. Hileman allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.
  • Terence W. Mims, 60, of 1606 Black Lane, Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of fraud on or about Oct, 27, 2013, by Belleville police. Mims allegedly, entered into a written agreement in the amount of $8,300 with Frank W. Kurz for the repair of the home of Frank W. Kurz, located at 810 Survey St., Belleville, and in so doing, knowingly promised performance which the defendant did not intend to perform or knew would not be performed.
  • Jessie Thomas Jr., 22, of 603 Morehouse Court, Centreville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and domestic battery on or about March 26 by Fairview Heights police. Thomas allegedly, in committing a battery, and while defendant was at Burlington Coat Factory, Fairview Heights, a public place, knowingly made physical contact with Danisha Tillman, in that defendant struck Danisha Tillman in the face; knowingly made physical contact with Danisha Tillman, a family/household member, in that the defendant struck Danisha Tillman in the face.
