The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

FRIDAY, MAY 6

David A. Sutton, 42, of 502 Robert Price Road, Centreville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of unlawful failure to register as a sex offender from between March 1 and May 4 by Cahokia police. Sutton allegedly, a sex offender, knowingly failed to renew registration in accordance with the provisions of the Sex Offender Registration Act, with the Chief of Police of the City of Centreville, within one year of last registration; knowingly failed to register in accordance with the provisions of the Sex Offender Registration Act, with the Chief of Police of the City of Cahokia, where he was temporarily domiciled for a period of time of three days or more.

Wesley C. Denzmore, 52, of 1410 N. 13th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Nov. 7, 2015 by Fairview Heights police. Denzmore allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Brittany E. Cannon, 28, of 115 Indiana Ave., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Oct. 2, 2015 by Fairview Heights police. Cannon allegedly, had in her possession a substance containing Fentanyl.

James D. Bohanna, 22, of 913 E. 5th St., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of cannabis on or about May 5 by Centreville police. Bohanna allegedly, had in his possession more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

Summer L. Simpson, 23, of 1425 Andrews Drive, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of three counts of aggravated battery and leaving the scene of an accident injury on or about May 4 by Dupo police. Simpson allegedly, in committing a battery, and by the use of a deadly weapon, a 2000 Ford Explorer, knowingly made contact with Brian Askew Jr., in that she drove said vehicle into a vehicle occupied by Brian Askew Jr.; drove the vehicle into a vehicle occupied by Rufus Brown; drove the vehicle into a vehicle occupied by Brian Brown; knowingly left the scene of an accident involving the vehicle she was driving, after that vehicle was involved in an accident at South Main Street at the Interstate 255 overpass in Dupo, in which Rufus Brown was personally injured as a result of that accident.

Swayne D. Adams, 34, of 178 Amelia Drive, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of reckless discharge of a firearm and domestic battery on or about April 24 by St. Clair County sheriff. Adams allegedly, while acting in a reckless manner, discharged a firearm into the air, endangering the bodily safety of Lee M. Williams; knowingly made physical contact with Lee M. Williams, a family/household member, in that said defendant struck Lee M. Williams on his face.

Caleb C. Fulp, 33, of 753 S. Herman, Lebanon, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance on or about July 11, 2015 by Illinois State Police. Fulp allegedly, possessed with the intent to deliver one gram or more but less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Kalin K. Thomas, 23, of 1 Chelsea Drive, E, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery, unlawful restraint, domestic battery and resisting a police officer on or about May 6 by Fairview Heights police. Thomas allegedly, in committing a battery, and while Kalin K. Thomas was at Premium Cleaners, 5166 N. Illinois St., Fairview Heights, a public place of accommodation, knowingly made physical contact with Myesha Foster, in that the defendant struck her on her face; detained Myesha Foster, in that said defendant grabbed her by her arms while she was running away; knowingly made physical contact with Myesha Foster, a family/household member, in that said defendant pushed her; knowingly resisted the performance of Herminio Raimundi of an authorized act within his official capacity, being the arrest of Kalin K. Thomas, knowing Herminio Raimundi to be a peace officer engaged in the execution of his official duties, in that he pulled his arms away while being handcuffed.

Fredrick D. Funches, 38, of 621 N. 73rd St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon on or about May 5 by East St. Louis police. Funches allegedly, a person who has been convicted of a felony, knowingly possessed in a vehicle a .22 caliber Smith and Wesson. Defendant had been previously convicted of aggravated domestic battery on Feb. 5, 2010.

Dustin M. McGee, 30, of 1209 Rodemeyer, Alton, arrested on suspicion of forgery and theft on or about May 5 by Fairview Heights police. McGee allegedly, with the intent to defraud, knowingly delivered to Abdalla Abraham, located at 10616 Lincoln Trail, Fairview Heights, a document apparently capable of defrauding another, in that it was purported to have been made by another, Keith Szolga, a check, drawn on the account of Keith Szolga, dated April 4, payable to Dustin McGee in the amount of $885 and signed as drawer Keith Szolga, knowing the document to have been thus made; knowingly exerted unauthorized control over property of Keith Szolga, being personal checks, gift cards, and a coin, total value not in excess of $500 intending to drprive Keith Szolga, permanently of the use of the property.
