ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
THURSDAY, JUNE 16
James E. Williams, 44, of 24 Cahokia St., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence and driving on a suspended license on or about June 15 by Cahokia police. Williams allegedly, drove a red MTD Yard Machine Lawn Mower on Cahokia Street in Cahokia, with the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant’s driving privileges were suspended.
Kadeja K. Johnson, 22, of 274 Freedom Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and mob action on or about June 15 by Fairview Heights police. Johnson allegedly, in committing a battery, and while Lakesha Windom was on the Wendy’s Restaurant parking lot, located at 6205 N. Illinois St., Fairview Heights, a public place, knowingly made contact with Lakesha Windom, in that she struck and kicked her about her head and body; knowingly and by the use of force and violence, disturbed the public peace in that she, while acting together with Dajah Hall and Dashanta West and without authority of law, and while on the Wendy’s Restaurant parking lot, located at 6204 N. Illinois St., Fairview Heights, a public place, knowingly caused a battery to Lakesha Windom, by making physical contact with Lakesha Windom, in that she struck and kicked Lakesha Windom about her head and body.
Dajah S. Hall, 20, of 600 Fall St., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and mob action on or about June 15 by Fairview Heights police. Hall allegedly, in committing a battery, and while Lakesha Windom was on the Wendy’s Restaurant parking lot, located at 6205 N. Illinois St., Fairview Heights, a public place, knowingly made contact with Lakesha Windom, in that she struck and kicked her about her head and body; knowingly and by the use of force and violence, disturbed the public peace in that she, while acting together with Kadeja K. Johnson and Dashanta West and without authority of law, and while on the Wendy’s Restaurant parking lot, located at 6204 N. Illinois St., Fairview Heights, a public place, knowingly caused a battery to Lakesha Windom, by making physical contact with Lakesha Windom, in that she struck and kicked Lakesha Windom about her head and body.
Dashanta West, 27, of 232 Harmony Ridge Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and mob action on or about June 15 by Fairview Heights police. West allegedly, in committing a battery, and while Lakesha Windom was on the Wendy’s Restaurant parkin glot, located at 6205 N. Illinois St., Fairview Heights, a public place, knowinlgy made contact with Lakesha Windom, in that she struck and kicked her about her head and body; knowingly and by the use of force and violence, disturbed the public peace in that she, while acting together with Kadeja K. Johnson and Dajah S. Halland without authority of law, and while on the Wendy’s Restaurant parking lot, located at 6204 N. Illinois St., Fairview Heights, a public place, knowingly caused a battery to Lakesha Windom, by making physical contact with Lakesha Windom, in that she struck and kicked Lakesha Windom about her head and body.
Tommy R. Cooper, 51, of 530 Williamsburg Drive, 3, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of domestic battery, subsequent on or about June 15 by St. Clair County sheriff. Cooper allegedly, made contact with Peggy Cooper, a family/household member, in that said defendant struck her in her face with his hand; and put his arm across her neck. Defendant had been previously convicted of domestic battery on Aug. 21, 2014.
Patrice L. Lane, 28, of 306 Cooper Drive, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery on or about June 14 by St. Clair County sheriff. Lane allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly made physical contact with Richard Dale, in that she struck Richard Dale in the face with her hand knowing Richard Dale to be a peace officer, engaged in the performance of his authorized duties.
FRIDAY, JUNE 17
Trent L. Yates, 27, of 559 Gray, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of two counts of armed robbery with a firearm and attempted armed robbery on or about June 14 by O’Fallon police. Yates allegedly, while armed with a dangerous weapon, a firearm, knowingly took property, being U.S. currency, jewelry, and a cell phone, from the presence of Romana Aftab, by threatening the imminent use of force; knowingly took property, being a purse and cell phone from Zeenat Syed, by threatening the imminent use of force;while armed with a dangerous weapon, a firearm, and by threatening the imminent use of force, demanded a cell phone from Ehsan Syed and pushed Ehsan Syed to the ground.
Danielle E. Rachell, 21, of 5 Schaperkoetter Drive, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about April 4 by Shiloh police. Rachell allegedly, had in her possession a substance containing a combination of fentanyl and heroin.
