Driver changing tire on highway is seriously injured in hit-and-run, Arizona cops say
A man was changing his car’s tire when a driver struck him on an Arizona highway, police said.
The man was struck by an unknown car around 9:27 p.m. May 27 on Interstate 10, the Arizona Department of Public Safety said.
He was changing his car tire on the right shoulder of the highway when the car hit him, police said.
The car drove off after striking the man, police said.
He was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
Now police are looking for the driver.
